Sarahbande is going traveling! 🥹 I’m playing some shows out of town next month 🤍🌃 bringing my talented friends to help me. I’d love to see old friends and acquaintances at these shows, my blessed northeast haunts!

We’re free to play a Saturday Nov 14 show if anyone has ideas between MA and RI. Hit me up!

Will share venue details and accompanying bands next week 🤍

Creating music next to this person changes everything. You go from playing it, to sharing it. The dream is not looking for the purpose but enjoying the worthwhile. Thank you Zach.

The last Cul-de-Snack house show of 2026 is coming up on Tuesday, October 27. Doors 7, Show 8. Message for address!

Naomi Juniper is a freak-folk songwriter from New York City, blending a love for traditional music and mystical poetics with her training in free improvisation and extended vocal techniques. Watch a clip of Naomi in this post!

Vacation Friends is a moniker for our sweet lil music collective that has grown organically over the past few years. The visualization on slide 2 is for anyone who’s seen me (Kristin), John, Zach, Steven, or Sarah posting about performing with various bands and has asked the question: “What, how many bands are you in? Which is which?”

Long story short, we’re basically all in each other’s bands and we’re going to celebrate that on 10/27.

This edition of the Vacation Friends Round Robin will feature two songs each from @sunk.coast @young_legs_band @johnbueno and @thebigness. See ya there.

Grateful for the friends and musicians I have met through this flourishing music community. I’m appreciative of those that break through their own self imposed boundaries and complex emotions to brave the stage and share their stories through song. I had a few chats amongst the listeners and performers last night at this intimate show at a log cabin in Spencer N.Y., and came away hopeful and inspired. 🛶☕️

Thank you to my incredible band, to @arealspacecase for hosting, and to the lovely crowd that joined us for @porchfestithaca - and thanks to @zera.bloom for getting these shots. The girls and I were clearly channeling our inner divas. It was a glorious Ithaca day.

Next up: I’ll be singing backup for @hannimal_23 this Saturday at Apple Fest. Hannah’s songs are so thoughtful, melodic, and fun, and it’s been a joy to learn them. Our set is at 1 pm on the Sound on Sound Mini Mobile Stage - but come at 12 noon to see @sarcaroline first!

a drifting half-elf bard sings for his dinner, hiding his pain with a hollow smile. what is he running from? who was he meant to be? why do his sweetest memories haunt him as his darkest nightmares? the DND campaign that inspired this song was never finished, so the answers to these questions remain forever a secret between dungeonmaster and player...

"You're the Bard" is track 3 on Warrens & Wyrmlings, an EP about a pair of bards, a fighter, a warlock, and an evil wizard, available on vinyl through the Young Legs Bandcamp, and on streaming everywhere.

this is the moodiest track on the EP by a country mile, and i'm deeply grateful to Elijah for bringing it to life with the emotionally compelling visuals of a 1921 German production of Hamlet. the bard matched with The Bard!

music written and produced by Young Legs
@sunk.coast on drums for this one!
featuring the ever-wonderful @gabbyevergreen on cello!
additional mixing by @sunwoodrecording

Rotate your phone to the left. Got this idea from the Odyssey trailer. Clearly my “drug-tastic” video for Scenery operates on a similarly Homeric scale. Huge thanks to @thebigness @young_legs_band and @sunk.coast for spending a whole day arranging flowers around me while I laid in the grass to make this happen.

If you haven’t already, head over to my Bandcamp and order the vinyl split Young Legs and I are putting out! Records should ship in about a month.

Now back on the wine-dark sea!

Mid August feels, friends. Join me for waning summer contemplation at Amie’s Winehouse on @wrficommunityradio this week. Gentle (and maybe a lil! melancholic?) vibes with Beth Orton, Wilco, Newton Faulkner, Hand Habits, Foxwarren, locals @jennie_lowe_ and @sunk.coast and other gems. We’ll explore a wine varietal that pairs nicely with the mood. #listenlocal #amieswinehouse #communityradio #realradiobyrealpeople #noalgorithm
