Week 4 of Baby & Me and my heart is so full 🐚 We made this little video to show you what class actually looks like — babies on blankets, parents moving, the ocean air, all of it.

This space is for every family. Bring your newborn, your wild toddler, your kiddo who just wants to run around. Come pregnant, come postpartum, come whatever stage you’re in. There’s no “ready” — there’s just showing up and moving together.

Baby & Me Pilates at La Marea Studios — an all-levels class to sculpt and heal, with your little one right beside you.

Whether you’re recovering postpartum, a partner, an adoptive parent, a grandparent, a nanny, or any caregiver moving through life with a baby in tow — you belong on the mat with us. Babies can nap, watch, play, or join in. Modifications are always offered. Every body is welcome.
