Be delusional.

Believe you can make it work no matter what.

Because that’s what it takes.

Anything and everything else leads to self-sabotage and failure.

Because if you don’t believe you have what it takes, then your subconscious will do everything it can to prove that you’re right.

Hello 33!

What an incredible journey;

♡ Discovering the power of prayer
♡ Reprioritizing my life
♡ Regularly turning inward
♡ Living a happy sober life
♡ Est an at home fitness practice
♡ Kicking my comfort zone’s ass
♡ Deepening our core family connect
♡ Experiencing Waikiki completely vacant
♡ Leaning into the current of the unforeseen
♡ Boat parties with besties
♡ Learning to speak my truth
♡ Following thru with new boundaries
♡ Transpacific moving
♡ Letting go of 90% of worldly processions
♡ Starting over in a new land
♡ Giving grace to everyone + me
♡ Ignoring negative self talk
♡ Trying new & hard shit even if I fail.

32 had a lot going on above & below the surface. By being forward focused, I find it easy to forgot how much has changed & happened.

I am deeply thankful for my friends, husband, family and acquaintances. Especially in a year that saw so much relentless change. Many of you were my rock without knowing it. Thank you.

I’m determined to make 33 incredible in its own right. Cheers to a year wiser.

Family ice skating
Cardiff’s first time!

Last time I skated was 2010 in Hong Kong. Tanner 1994 in Park City, Utah.

It was a wonderful experience. Cardiff is determined to go on his own & start gliding. Maybe next time buddy. ☺️

fantastic afternoon hanging with our beloved Uncle Mateo.

I don’t think we’ve seen each other since May 2019? Which seems a little crazy but I guess that’s what a pandemic will do. Thankful to be reunited in the tropics.

Our first flying trip since COVID, Santa Barbara for @laurentizz @matt40on wedding! Lots of burritos, beach walks, friend hangs, and all the sunshine. So so good seeing everyone and celebrating Tizzy & Matt’s wedding day. Until next time CA, I love you forever. And now.... countdown to our own wedding, 6 more days 🥳 #santabarbara #california #santabarbarawedding
