Dear @jetragvintage Management,

I am writing to you with great concern regarding a distressing video that recently came to light involving an incident at your establishment. It is with deep disappointment that I address the unequal enforcement of rules specifically targeting a black woman, while other individuals seemingly went unchallenged. This incident has raised serious questions about your establishment’s commitment to equality and fair treatment.

The video clearly depicts an unjust disparity in the enforcement of rules and regulations. I, along with many members of our community, find it deeply troubling that the black woman and her son were subjected to mistreatment while others seemingly received preferential treatment. Such unequal treatment based on race is a clear manifestation of systemic racism that perpetuates inequality and discrimination.

I would like to understand why your staff chose to solely enforce rules on the black woman while seemingly disregarding the actions of others. It is essential for your establishment to provide a thorough explanation to the community, addressing this apparent discrepancy in how your rules and policies were applied during the incident.

Furthermore, I urge you to take immediate and meaningful steps to rectify this situation. It is imperative that you demonstrate a genuine commitment to addressing racism within your establishment and the wider community. I kindly request that you provide a detailed plan outlining the actions you will take to address this issue.

It is crucial to emphasize that addressing this incident requires more than mere words or apologies. Tangible actions must be taken to repair the damage caused, regain the trust of the affected individuals and the community at large, and create an environment where everyone feels safe, respected, and valued.

I anticipate your swift response and sincere commitment to rectifying this deeply troubling situation. Failure to address these concerns adequately will only further damage the reputation of your establishment and erode the trust of the community.

Thank you!
Mrs. @rocsiifrank - Woolley

The Louvre, the world's most visited museum, has artwork and objects exhibited across 72,735 square meters, making it the largest museum in the world.

The black statue we took pictures in front of is known as Maure or Le Moro (the Moor). It was completed in 1611 by Nicolas Cordier in Rome.

The Mona Lisa hangs behind bulletproof glass in a gallery of the Louvre Museum in Paris, where it has been a part of the museum's collection since 1804. It was part of the royal collection before becoming the property of the French people during the Revolution (1787–99).
