Latest work for @jingtea . Posted @withrepost • @jingtea Organic Darjeeling First Flush Competition Winner 2019 - from Seeyok Estate, India. 'Pungency, all-round satisfaction, brightness, freshness – the Seeyok tea had it all. It seemed to encapsulate the region the best' - Andrew Jefford. 'I think the winning tea exhibited all the requirements of a top-quality first flush Darjeeling tea. It had the right balance, strength and colour, it was excellent on the nose and I believe it was a very worthy winner. I'm delighted it won' - Edward Foster. Fantastic to see this thoughtful review of @scottpickettchef’s @matilda159domain in the latest issue of @suppermag. If you haven’t been to Matilda yet, we highly recommend it. The team are committed to showcasing local produce from the bar to the grill. So many great local producers named in this one article. A reminder that we really do have a good thing going on here in Australia. #supperisserved #australia #restaurantaustralia #finedining #melbourne #foodie #drinkvermouth #vermouth #australianvermouth #maidenii

So proud to see these beautiful new glasses from Libbey in use at bar 27 from @ericvanbeek.carino in Amsterdam. The first to ever use the new Levitas range from @libbeyglass_europe .On all my trips around the world, visiting the top bars and bartenders, I got inspired by the elegant and clean glasses that were used. Inspired by people like @remy_savage_ @drschofield @joe_schofield @eriklorincz @agodragos and many others. More often working for amazing bars with amazing budgets. @libbeyglass_europe as a brand has this amazing drive to create glasses that help bartenders all over the world to create their ultimate drinking experiences. We are known for are durable and cut glassware. But when the trend goes to clean and simple, we must follow. So we created LEVITAS, 4 glasses that help you lift your cocktail to the next level. Without paying the amount you would usually pay for such glasses. Each glass has a recommended selling price under the 4 euros. Levitas is the first range ever for Libbey to have a laser cut rim. It’s ultra fine and thin. I hope you like them!! Thanks @ericvanbeek.carino for this amazing first picture that I can share with the world. #Repost @ericvanbeek.carino ・・・ BANKSY SANGRIA 30ml @banksrums 5 30ml Tempranillo wine 20ml Merlet Peach 10ml citric acid solution 10ml sugar syrup 30ml Moët & Chandon 2009 vintage #bartwentyseven #barondamsquare #worlds50bestbars #libbey #glassware #levitas #cocktailglass #bartender #cheersto #instadrink #imbibe #bar27 #bacardi #bartenders

Thrilled to get my paws on a copy of @suppermag - this issue features my interview with the one and only @francismallmann 🔥 🔥🔥 I went all the way to Buenos Aires to chat with the man himself in his restaurant Patagonia Sur, and he’s 100% as fiery and charming as I hoped he’d be. Look out for copy in print, or read online- link in bio👆

The wait is over. Worlds Best Chef Massimo Bottura and International Award-Winning Interior Designer Paul Bishop have united to introduce an entirely unprecedented addition to the F&B world. “Torno Subito” is an explosion of utterly beautiful reminiscence, inspired by Massimo’s memories of 1960s Rimini, Italy. Supper 13's out now & looking great even if I do say so myself. Had a blast interviewing top bartender @joe_schofield, reviewing @kerridgesbandg, & visiting @jamesonwhiskey for my Irish whiskey feature. It's a tough job, etc, etc.
