Look at these two photos: The athlete is a multiple champion, World Champion and World Record holder - and a SEPA athlete. What changed between 2015 and 2016? The movement! MOVEMENT CORRECTION CHANGES PERFORMANCE - Being a successful athlete does not automatically mean that every movement you perform is biomechanically optimal. - And when you repeat the same incorrect movement hundreds or thousands of times, training after training, you are repeatedly loading your muscles, joints, bones and entire musculoskeletal system in the same way. - - So before you add more load, make sure you move correctly. If you are not a movement specialist, ask for professional help or learn from a properly qualified professional.
