This is one of the things I love most about travel. It takes me out of what I know, just enough to see it differently when I come back.

Every time, I return to the table a little more curious, a little more inspired, and so very grateful l I get to do what I love every day.

In a weeks time I fly away again for 6 weeks
Book me while I’m still in Margs, or see you when I’m back in December. 🌙✨

Once a month, we host our signature ceremony in Byron Bay.
On Sunday November 1st, we’re bringing you:

→ Ceremonial breathwork facilitation for deep self-exploration
→ The profound experience of @spinalenergetics
→ Curated soundtracks to complement your journey
→ A dreamlike haven for your journey at @sur__under

This is a 2hr ritual with the purpose of accessing deeper states of the self. It is the discovery of your energetics. We use somatic practices to locate and release emotions that may be embedded in the body.

We work on the physical, emotional, mental, spiritual and personal soul levels of awareness to see ourselves from all aspects of self.

This work is rooted in truth seeking, in all its forms.

Hosted by @jesskanellopoulos

This one has been sitting in my drafts for far too long.

Breathwork has quietly become one of my ways back home to myself, out of thought, into sensation, into presence.

The body often speaks before the mind has found language for what’s happening. And I’m learning that not everything needs to be solved, analysed or fixed. Sometimes it just needs space to be felt.

Breath becomes the bridge between the unseen and the felt.

A little piece created with @sur__under 🤍

A little look back at our recent Loyal Crush × Sur-Under event in Byron Bay.

An afternoon to slow down, breathe, move and connect - and a reminder that wellness doesn’t need to be complicated.

Thank you to everyone who joined us, and to Sur-Under for sharing the space with us.

More moments like this to come.

A not-so-recent painting, a few recent snaps. Somewhere between awe of nature, a new fascination with crop circles and love for the material realm. Apparently, the answer is animal print.
