We were enjoying our other dishes too much that we didn't take pics of the pasta and calamari. Finding a good restaurant in Philly is easy. Finding one that’s good, convenient, and quiet enough to actually have a conversation is a little more specific. These are a few places I actually like for client meetings, depending on the neighborhood, the person, and how serious the conversation needs to be.....and yes, sometimes the restaurant choice requires almost as much thought as the mortgage.😅 ✅Suraya @surayaphilly : Probably my favorite if I want somewhere that feels impressive without feeling stiff. Great food, enough space between tables, and lunch is usually quiet enough to actually talk. Also gets a bonus because I can walk there from my house🤗 ✅Parc @parcrittenhouse : The obvious one and OG, but for a reason. It’s consistent, central, and somehow every real estate person in Philadelphia has had at least one meeting there. ✅Wilder @wilderphilly : A good alternative when I want Center City without the full Parc scene. Good food, a little more relaxed, and usually easier to have an actual conversation. ✅Zama @zamakase : One of my go-tos if I know the client likes sushi or wants something a little lighter. Simple, dependable, and easy for a lunch meeting. ✅Middle Child @middlechildclubhouse : More casual and a little more fun than the others. Great if the meeting doesn’t need to feel too formal, although I’d probably avoid peak brunch unless shouting counts as networking. The best client spot isn’t always the fanciest restaurant. It’s somewhere with good food, enough privacy, and a noise level that doesn’t force you to text each other from across the table. #philadelphia #phillyrestaurants #philadelphiarealestate #realestate #networking

🔔 So...this is NOT everything I ate in Philly, just some highlights 😝 (I did eat a cheese steak from Angelo's, but we failed to take a pic prior to devouring it) Roast pork sandwich. My gosh, everything was so soft and flavorful! Tons of mussels, came with fries This place has a bar option, and then a dining room option where you need to make reservations for. For the dining room option, the number of items you can select from the set price depends on how many in your party. For a party of two, it was four seafood entrees and one side dish. ⚠️ DO NOT HAVE BIG PLANS after this meal. 😂 You will be full with the deliciousness of butter and cream! Cocktail bar with small food menu First time I had a scrapple! Pastrami egg and cheese sandwich with latke'd hashbrowns and dill pick cream sauce situation. The eggs were soooo fluffy. Lamb neck birria. Not pictured: tuna tostada, swordfish tacos, pulpo (small serving), and churros. ALL were delicious. I would go back to eat just their 6lbs pulpo. Got my apple cider donut ♥️ Chicken kebab. We did the chef's counter option that includes five appetizers and one entree. Their chai latte is phenomenal. A cocktail that has aged coconut rum, white rum, melon liquer, pandan coconut water, bitter bianco, and salt. Yes you keep the frog. 😂 The cocktails were so good that we went back a second time!

My first night in philly I went too good old FISHTOWN which reminded me of St Kilda Went to the Michlen star Middle Eastern restaurant SURAYA Let me tell every dish I had was absolutely TUFF and Delicious I started off with two of there starters which was there Roasted red pepper and walnut dip called MUHAMMARA and the second was there chickpea and eggplant inspired dish called FATTAH Great way to start off an enjoyable meal. TUFF Then had 2 of the entrees First was there crispy lamb dish called KAWARMA Never had anything like this before the lamb on top was nice and crispy. Beautifully soft and melts in your mouth on the inside. The dill yoghurt and the cucumber and pomegranate salad works well with the lamb. TUFF Second entree was there SAMKE HARRA The grill branzino was perfectly cooked nice and soft great flavour the spicy red pepper sauce was a great compliment i polished the whole plate ONE PLACE YOU MUST TRY IN PHILLY FOR A NIGHT OUT TUFF
