I’m really happy to share that I’ve officially completed my Molchanovs W1 & W2 Instructor certifications!

This has been such a meaningful journey for me, and I’m incredibly grateful for everything I’ve learned along the way. A big thank you to everyone who supported, guided, challenged, and believed in me — I couldn’t have done it without you. 🌊💙
I’m excited to keep learning, keep improving, and now share my love for freediving with my students.

Community over competition. 🤝💙

One of the things we’re most proud of at South Florida Freedive Fest is seeing local instructors, schools, and dive professionals come together with one shared goal: keeping everyone safe while helping our community grow.

Many of these incredible people technically run “competing” businesses, but during SFFF that all gets put aside. They volunteer their time, share their knowledge, watch over every diver, celebrate every PB, and prove that a rising tide truly lifts all boats.

To every member of our Safety Team—thank you. Your professionalism, teamwork, and dedication are what make this event so special.

This year I had the opportunity to teach yoga for freedivers at South Florida Feeedive Fest and also achieved two personal bests in my own training - 3:08 static breath hold and a 30 meter free immersion dive. I had no idea that signing up for a freediving course two years ago would open the door to such an incredible, supportive community of fellow freedivers. I’m so excited to see where this journey leads me! 🤩🧜‍♀️🩵
