BEFORE THE FIRST GUEST ARRIVES… THE CEREMONY HAS ALREADY BEGUN. 🥹💜

THIS is the part you don’t always get to see.

Before we welcome anyone into sacred space, we prepare OURSELVES.

We clear.
We ground.
We set our intentions.

And YESSSS, even the woman holding space gets cleared herself! 😂💜

Because how can we invite others to RECEIVE if we’re not willing to receive too?!

From the welcome table to the handmade gifts, from clearing each guest to preparing our sacred sound instruments…

EVERY. LITTLE. DETAIL. MATTERS.

Months of preparation.
Four women.
37 beautiful souls.
One shared intention.

And a WHOLE LOT of love poured into every moment.

This isn’t just about putting on a ceremony.

It’s about creating an experience where people feel welcomed, honored, and safe enough to simply BE.

And BABYYYYY… WE DID THAT!!! 😭🔥

With Pachamama beneath our feet and intention in our hearts, we opened the space for something beautiful.

SOMETIMES YOU DON’T REALIZE WHO’S HOLDING YOU UP UNTIL YOU LOOK BACK. 🥹💜

THIS PHOTO!!! 😭

Earth. Fire. Water.

Three incredible women standing behind me while I do what I was called to do.

And I mean that LITERALLY and figuratively. 😂

Jean, Shanna, and Jodi weren’t just there to help with a ceremony.

They showed up for ME. For my vision. For the 37 beautiful souls we were holding space for.

And looking at this photo, I realize something…

Even the woman holding sacred space needs women holding space for HER.

I’ve spent so much of my life figuring shit out, making things happen, and carrying the weight of my dreams.

But THIS time, I didn’t have to do it all alone.

And that means more to me than these women will ever know.

EARTH roots me.
FIRE reminds me to release.
WATER teaches me to receive.
And AIR/SPIRIT reminds me to RISE.

To my girls… THANK YOU for standing with me while I step further into who I’m becoming.

We’re just getting started, baby!!! 🔥💜

THIS IS ME IN MY ELEMENT. 🥹💜🥁

Barefoot on Mother Earth. Drum in my hands. Eyes closed. Heart wide OPEN.

When I hold my drum, something shifts within me.

The noise quiets.
The outside world fades.
And I become fully present with the medicine I’m here to share.

No performance. No pretending. Just ME.

And looking at this photo, all I can think is…

HOLY SHIT. LOOK AT THE WOMAN I’VE BECOME. 😭💜

The woman who trusts her gifts.
The woman who honors her calling.
The woman who no longer feels the need to shrink herself.

Every beat carries intention.
Every prayer comes from my heart.
And every ceremony reminds me why I do this work.

I’m not just creating healing experiences.

I’m living the life I once only dreamed about.

And I’m just getting started. 🔥

THIS IS WHAT IT LOOKS LIKE WHEN MY SOUL TAKES OVER. 🥹💜

Barefoot on Mother Earth.
Heart WIDE open.
Voice carrying across sacred space.

And not a single ounce of me holding back.

When I sing, I’m not performing.

I’m pouring every bit of love, intention, prayer, and energy I have into the space.

And in these moments, something happens…

The planning disappears.
The responsibilities disappear.
The outside world disappears.

And I am simply THERE.

Fully present.
Fully connected.
Fully ME.

I look at this photo and think… HOLY FUCKING SHIT.

This is the woman I’ve become.

The woman who finally stopped shrinking herself.

The woman who trusts her voice.

The woman who knows she doesn’t have to fit into anyone else’s idea of what a healer, a priestess, or a spiritual practitioner should look like.

I WAS NEVER MEANT TO BE QUIET ABOUT MY CALLING.

And if my voice, my presence, or the sacred spaces I create help even ONE person remember who they are…

Then every bit of this journey has been worth it.

THIS. RIGHT. HERE. 🥹💜

There are moments when I look at my life and think…

HOLY SHIT. THIS IS REALLY WHAT I GET TO DO?!?!

To kneel on the Earth, raise my hand to the sky, open my heart, and witness beautiful souls doing the same.

No judgment.
No expectations.
No need to be anything other than exactly who we are in that moment.

Just humans being HUMAN.

Releasing.
Receiving.
Remembering.

Months of planning went into creating this experience. But NOTHING could have prepared me for the feeling of looking around and seeing everyone fully present in the space we created together.

And here’s what I keep coming back to…

I’m not here to heal anyone.

I’m here to create sacred spaces where people feel safe enough to explore their own healing.

Where they can soften.
Where they can let go.
Where they can REMEMBER.

And somewhere in the middle of holding space for everyone else, I was reminded of something too…

THIS IS WHAT I’M HERE TO DO.

My heart is so fucking FULL. 😭💜

There is a movement taking shape.

And these words are becoming our chant.

🌍 I ROOT.
🔥 I RELEASE.
🌊 I RECEIVE.
🌬️ I RISE.
✨ I REMEMBER.

Each movement has meaning.

Each declaration carries an intention.

And together, they tell the story of Elemental Ascension.

We root into the Earth.

We give to the Fire what we are ready to release.

We open ourselves to Water and learn to receive.

We meet Air and give ourselves permission to rise.

And through Spirit…

we remember who we are.

I can already imagine a circle of women moving, speaking and declaring these words together.

This isn’t just something we’re going to say.

We’re going to embody it.
