What a privilege to introduce @sonocaia to over 50 medical CEO’s, surgeons, physicians, nurses, and support staff. Great energy, fantastic questions, and a good sense of humor too amongst a group of medical professionals, most of whom spent several decades acquiring incredible surgical skill and wisdom in order to take care of all of us. And a real tribute to Dr. Martin Brotman (June 26, 1939 – December 20, 2020) who had the vision to build this gem of a hospital. Respect. Looking for support for a grieving teen? There is help available.

If you know a teenager who is struggling with the loss of a loved one, they don't have to navigate grief alone.

The YoloCares Grief Ranch at Hearts Landing Ranch offers a FREE, supportive session for grieving teens ages 13–18, bringing together horses, nature, caring adults, and peers in a welcoming ranch setting.

Saturday, November 7, 2026 | 3–6:30 PM

Teens from any county are welcome. You do not need to live in Yolo County to participate.

Advance registration is required through YoloCares. Simply scan the QR code on the flyer to reserve a spot. Participation is free, but space is limited.

Please share this with a parent, teacher, counselor, or anyone who may know a teen who could use extra support right now.

Sometimes, the right environment and a little connection can make a meaningful difference.
