Scenes from a weekend in Maine for the @wisdomandwordswriters retreat with the generous, gracious and talented @darcey_gohring_writer . Deeply affirming and inspirational 3 days to nerd out with remarkable writers and glean gold in the workshops taught by authors @joannarakoff, Andre Dubus III, and Darcey. Left with a notebook filled with craft, and my heart even fuller with new friends. Thank you Darcey!!

WHAT AN INFUSION OF JOY!! I got to take a whirlwind trip down to Santa Monica and visit the sweetest @suzanne.casamento and eat the most delicious pasta I've ever had! Then by some miracle my heart sister @bethanyvonsteinbergs landed in Anaheim and introduced me to the incredible @christy_cass and we moseyed around Laguna and Newport for the day, ate all the food, drank all the coffee, had deep talks and cried and belly laughed at all our tom foolery, ending with a Leanne Morgan and Jerry Seinfeld show. The whole trip was just exactly what this girl needed. Gifts all around ❤️

Best weekend with the best people in the best place sharing what we love most about life - laughter, friendship, writing, great food, wine, coffee, walks, talks, readings, conversation and that feeling that all is as it should be. Priceless!

Took a trip to Healdsburg to see the incomparable @paula_mclain launch her latest book Skylark (read it!) and see her in conversation with the fabulous @everydayparisian Rebecca Plotnick (follow her!) Writing, shopping and eating with wonderful writer friends is heart-affirming. And the beautiful Taylor at @marinelayerwines repping my book! Happy and full heart ❤️

My favorite jet lag tool is @ampcoil! This morning I woke up at 4:00 am Pacific time because my body thought it was still on the east coast. So, I’m going to do the Demo Harmonizer journey.

Demo Harmonizer contains frequencies associated with:

Horizontal and vertical alignment
Grounding
Chakras
Spinal
Nutrition
Nervous system
Emotions
Brain

It’s my all time favorite AmpCoil journey because it helps with so many things.

After the Demo Harmonizer, clients report better sleep, less anxiety, feeling happier, less pain, more positive, and/ or feeling at peace.

My January calendar is open for LA in person sessions. Tap the link in bio or visit suzannecasamento.com to book an appointment.

The 33 minute journey begins at 12:00 Pacific on Jan 1. The cost is $11 USD.

To join, please tap the link in bio or go to the Events page at suzannecasamento.com.

You know what? I change my mind. It’s not fine to wake up snoring — period.

@ampcoil’s sound and PEMF General Detox Step 1: Airway contains frequencies to detox:

Sinuses
Nose
Throat
Tongue
Mouth
Lungs
Large Intestines

I run it whenever I feel a tingle of a sore throat coming on and then that feeling disappears.

It’s great for sinus and lung congestion, mouth injuries, and some people even enjoy a nice poop after!

Want to try an Airway detox? Tap the link in bio to book a session in LA in January.
