Hi everyone 🤍 Today we share some beautiful music from our yoga teacher Marvin.

Marvin, who has been part of our team for some time now, is guiding Wednesday evening classes with a delightful blend of yoga, movement, breath, and deep stretching in his own unique way. Each Wednesday at 19:30. Feel welcome.

Actually at the Kompassie Yoga Studio, many of our teachers (including our founder Juliette) share a rich and versatile background in yoga, movement, dance, breathwork, and more: this unique diversity is something you’ll feel in every class in our Shala🙏

Marvin is also a musician, and sometimes he spontaneously brings his handpan into the space. You never quite know what will unfold, and that’s part of the magic. Whether it’s movement, breath, silence, or sound, his classes always invite you in fully.

Join him every Wednesday evening at 19:30. Move, Breathe, Stretch 🙏✨

And for summer: while some teachers take a well-earned break, our studio remains open with beautiful substitute teachers stepping in. Also we do free outdoor events: check our schedule. You’re always welcome.

See you on the mat 💛🙏

This is not about shape or form.
This is movement through the soul.

Call it whatever resonates with your heart: movement, expression, dance, aerial arts, aerial yoga… or perhaps it doesn’t need a name at all.

Maybe it is simply the heart beating through the body, the soul expressing itself through movement.

What you see here is only half of an improvised journey in the hammock. Second half following soon🙏

I am 56 years old, turning 57. My body can no longer do everything it once could, yet I continue to discover new ways to express myself, to listen, to adapt, and to create.

After more than 25 years of experience as a dance and movement therapist, former aerial performer, yoga therapist, yoga teacher, and senior aerial yoga teacher, I have learned that true movement is not about performance. It is about presence. It is about connection & full awareness.

I am currently preparing for my upcoming Aerial Yoga Teacher Training, taking place June 19–21. There is still one spot available.

But for now, simply enjoy this moment from the heart.

Wherever you are in your journey, I can guide you with care, experience, and gratitude. It is my privilege to serve from the heart.

See you at Kompassie Yoga Studio. ❤️

THE POWER OF ALIGNMENT – GOING DEEPER
Sunday July 12th | 3:00 PM 🙏🏽

After the powerful response to the first workshop, students asked for more depth : and we listened.

Suze returns for a special second edition of The Power of Alignment, created to deepen your practice with even more precision, awareness, and warm care. Open to both new and returning students, this workshop carries the energy of refinement and exploration inspired directly by her students’ requests.

At our studio, we truly listen. That’s how we teach. That’s how we grow together.

Suze teaches weekly Vinyasa Flow with us and also shares her practice through beautiful outdoor yoga sessions. Now she returns for this unique afternoon experience.

Spots are limited.

Book via Eversport (link in bio) or feel free to ask your questions below.🙏🏽😊

In a time when the world seems to move in 🌊 waves of constant change: sometimes gently flowing, but often turbulent and disorienting—we are invited to find something deeper within ourselves.
Something that does not sway with every storm, but remains quietly present beneath the surface.

In these uncertain times, creating moments of stillness & connections is no longer a luxury, but a necessity.
A return to the body, to the breath, to the essence of who we are. Yoga is not merely a practice: it is a remembering. A coming home.

Lao Tzu once:
“At the center of your being you have the answer; you know who you are and you know what you want.”

Perhaps this is what we rediscover here, again and again. Not by striving harder, but by softening. Not by doing more, but by feeling deeper.

Let our space be your refuge. A place where you can land. Where you are supported—by the practice, by the stillness, and by the people around you.❤️🙏🏽

This is what we create… ✨
Connection. Play. Trust. Joy.

This is not just a gathering..
this is 20+ years of embodied experience in motion.

Led by Juliette, founder of Kompassie Yoga Studio,
with a background in dance movement therapy (cum laude), psychiatry, aerialarts, senior yogateacher and fine arts at the van Eyck Academie

She worked alongside Cirque du Soleil artists
and built her own movement arts company for over 15 years, while guiding retreats and trainings around the world before the insta-world;)

…and creating this space.

What you see here?
Real connection. Real joy. Real transformation. 💫

A rare fusion of depth, creativity and play.

Ready to go deeper?

→ Advanced Aerial Yoga Workshop – May 10
→ Level 1 Teacher Training – June 19–21

She chooses to teach only a few teacher trainings per year.
Small groups. Deep attention. No mass production🙏🏽

A rare and intimate learning space in the Netherlands and beyond.

If you feel the call… you know. ✨
