SUNDAY SOUNDTRACK 🎶🪩 This is exactly the kind of thing we hoped Emberr would become. 🤎 Yesterday, a lovely woman from our growing Emberr community slid into our DMs to share a track she’s had on repeat. We’ve never met her. We’ve never spoken in person. But we’ve connected through this little community we’re building. And honestly, we LOVE that. Because Emberr was never just about creating events. It was about bringing women together. Finding common ground. Sharing the things that light us up. And creating connections that go beyond a screen. Sometimes that starts with something as simple as a really good house track. So today’s Sunday Soundtrack comes courtesy of one of YOU! 🎶 Luuk van Dijk, Sam Alfred & Storm Mollison A huge thank you for sharing this one with us! @kidsmummas_wellness_annalee 🤎 And to the rest of our Emberr women… keep them coming! Our DMs are always open for your favourite tracks, your stories and your ideas. Because this isn’t just our community. It’s yours too.

And this is exactly why we created Emberr. We wanted to build a community where women can come together, share their experiences, have honest conversations and feel supported through all the ups and downs of midlife. A place where we can talk openly, learn from each other, have different opinions and make different choices, without judgement. We’re all navigating this chapter in our own way and there’s so much we can learn from one another along the way. And while the conversations are important so is having fun, making new friends, trying new things and enjoying everything this stage of life has to offer. So if you’re in your 40s, 50s or beyond please come and join us. We’re here for the conversations, the connection and all the good stuff still to come. This is just the beginning. #WorldMenopauseDay #TheSecondHalf #Emberr #MidlifeReimagined

We’ve had so many of you ask what Sunset Sessions is actually about. And we get it! It’s not quite a yoga retreat and it’s definitely not your typical night out. Think somewhere between a beautiful half-day retreat and a really good dance party. And here’s what we want you to understand. Your $235 ticket isn’t paying for a yoga class and a DJ. It’s four and a half hours of an experience we’ve spent months thoughtfully bringing together. Imagine arriving at one of the Mornington Peninsula’s most beautiful venues, welcomed with incredible locally sourced food and drinks. An hour of yoga with a live DJ. Cacao at sunset. Old-school house music. Barefoot dancing under the summer sky. Beautiful brand partnerships, gifts to take home and little surprises along the way. Everything is included. Just arrive. We’ll take care of the rest. And here’s something we’ve been thinking about. So many of us wouldn’t hesitate to spend $200 on a facial, a beautiful dinner or something new to wear. But when was the last time we invested that same amount in an experience designed entirely around how we want to FEEL? In an AI world where we’re spending more time looking at screens we think real human connection is becoming one of life’s greatest luxuries. No alcohol. No phones. No hangover. Just incredible music, movement, beautiful food, genuine connection and a night that’s entirely yours. We believe this could be the new way of doing nights out in midlife. 📍 The Cambium, Red Hill 📅 Friday 15 January 2027 🎟️ Tickets $235. Link in bio.

One thing we’ve learnt about navigating perimenopause and menopause is that no two women’s experiences are exactly the same and neither are the choices we make along the way. And that’s something we think is really important to talk about. There’s so much more information available today about perimenopause, menopause and the different treatment options which is a great thing. But with that can come a lot of opinions about what women should or shouldn’t be doing. We believe it’s about being informed, understanding your options, having the right support and making decisions that feel right for you. Because we can share our experiences without turning them into instructions and judgement and we certainly don’t have to make the same choices to support one another. We’d love to hear your thoughts. Have you felt supported in making your own decisions through perimenopause or menopause? #MenopauseAwareness #Perimenopause #Emberr

If this is your kind of Sunday soundtrack, you’re DEFINITELY our kind of woman. 🪩 A little Bob Sinclar to remind us that some things just get better with age. I Feel For You- Bob Sinclar 🎶 And if you’ve been following our Sunday Soundtracks, you’ve probably figured out by now that we take our house music pretty seriously. Which is exactly why music is such a big part of Emberr Sunset Sessions. Picture this. 100 women. A summer evening in Red Hill. Bare feet. A ridiculously good DJ. And absolutely nowhere else you need to be. From yoga to the dance floor, we’re bringing the kind of energy that makes you forget about everything else for a few hours. Because who said the best nights of our lives had to be in our 20s? 🪩 15 JANUARY 2027 | EMBERR SUNSET SESSIONS Come dance with us. Tickets via the link in bio. 🤎 #SundaySoundtrack #EmberrSunsetSessions #weareemberr

When we started building Emberr, we knew our first signature experience had to represent what we believe women are craving more of. Connection. Movement. Presence. Joy. So we created the kind of night we were craving ourselves. A chance to step out of the noise for a few hours. To arrive. Exhale. Eat something beautiful. Move your body. Meet someone new. Be completely present…. And eventually dance barefoot on the lawn as the sun goes down. ✨Emberr Sunset Sessions ✨ A carefully curated experience where every part of the evening has a reason for being there. From the beautiful setting and food, to the movement, cacao, music and all the little details in between. We’ve intentionally positioned Sunset Sessions as a premium offering. Not because we want it to feel exclusive, but because we want it to feel considered. A beautiful venue. Generous food and drinks. Incredible people guiding each part of the experience. And only 100 women sharing it together. This post takes you inside the thinking behind the night and why we’ve created it the way we have. Hopefully somewhere as you swipe, you’ll think…yep that sounds like a night I want to be part of. Bringing Sunset Sessions to life with some incredible Mornington Peninsula people + businesses: THE VENUE • @thecambium THE FOOD • @cornercounter THE MOVEMENT • @shell.wonders THE MUSIC • @djkartistry And there are a few more partners we can’t wait to introduce you to very soon… Friday 15 January 2027 The Cambium • Red Hill • Mornington Peninsula Tickets via the link in our bio.

Being a woman in midlife is basically trying to improve every area of your life simultaneously… while also forgetting why you walked into the kitchen. 😂 Build muscle. Sleep more. Stress less. Eat the protein. Take the magnesium. Drink the water. Make time for yourself. Look after everyone else. Work out what you want from the next chapter. Easy… And somewhere in there we’re also meant to relax and “enjoy the journey.” We’re doing great, ladies. Truly. What have we missed?
