I blinked and I got a year older!(?!?)

(I may or may not have also gotten caught by a wave - more on that tomorrow)

Thanks to everyone who helped make this a special year - hoping for lots of incredible experiences in the next one.

Complete non-sequitur, but meeting @hasandpiker Kaya Piker and Hasan's friends was an amazing experience.

I spent Juneteenth in Malibu - mostly at Point Dume. If these cliffs, beaches, and luxury homes look familiar, but you've never been here - you're not crazy!

Point Dume has been featured heavily in Film and Television - perhaps most famously as the site for Tony Stark's house, but also as the site of the big ending in the original Planet of the Apes. (How'd the statue of liberty get all the way over to California?)

The flat-topped promontory we know today is the result of flattening done by the US military during WWII to hold artillery in case of Japanese invasion.

Visitors can enjoy watching the sea lion colony, sea birds, or even dolphins or whales if they're lucky!

Spectra at Coachella isn't just a spiral of air conditioning. This art installation acts as a colorful Beacon from anywhere on the festival grounds while providing vibrant views of the desert from inside.

It's also a very popular influencer photo backdrop at all times of day.

It's almost impossible to beat watching the sunset with friends while enjoying some beers and snacks.

Sharing a lot of laughs (usually thanks to @figglydash) and quiet moments as the beautiful orange light washed over us is what life is all about.

I'll never forget this magical evening thanks to @erinoutdoors and @dimitris.tripin

Credit to @bengel716 for the photo of me.
