Bubs and I have been out and about, checking out some cool dog obsessed places because autumn is all about great city walks and even better home cuddles 🛋️

inner strength is not something you’re born with.
for a long time, i didn’t know what it meant to have solid ground beneath your feet inside yourself, to be your own friend, to love and care for yourself.
i’m a little sorry i only found this at 25. but i’m grateful for the years beforе > they brought me here.

simple truths i only understood a year ago: nothing real can be built without an inner foundation. self-love is the base on which clarity and strength are born. only when you are at peace with yourself does the world become clear: relationships, work, life.

of course, inner strength is fluid; sometimes it fades. but now i know the way to it, and i hope everyone can find it.
there is nothing better than realizing that your true home is yourself. and it’s the most precious feeling i’ve experienced in 25 years.
thank you self for yourself
