Our last day at Munga Plains. 🤍

We began as we had so many mornings before — together, on our mats.

But this day carried us beyond them.

We were welcomed into the local Basubiya community, where we sat with the women as they wove baskets and shared traditions passed from one generation to the next.

“So your mother taught you?”

“Yes. My mother, my grandmother.”

We found our rhythm together in an afternoon of drumming.

And that evening, we gathered one last time as song and dance filled the night.

There are experiences you plan for a retreat. And then there are the moments that become something more — an exchange, a connection, a memory you know you’ll carry home.

And it looks like the stars just might be aligning for us to return to Botswana in June 2027. ✨🇧🇼

Want to come with us? DM me BOTSWANA to be among the first to know.

There are trips you take, and then there are experiences that stay with you.

So grateful to have been part of this extraordinary journey through Zimbabwe with @alexdawsonyoga and @placesofhealing — sunrise yoga on the Zambezi, meditation, community, adventure, and so many moments that felt completely outside of ordinary life.

Beautifully captured by @frankroller.

Still taking it all in. Africa, you were magic. ✨🌍

✨ WILD SERENITY | Victoria Falls
.
How we begin things matters.
.
And wow, did we begin. 🌈
.
Our very first adventure together took us to Victoria Falls — one of the Seven Natural Wonders of the World.
.
We got soaked. We laughed. We played. We pranced around in the mist. We took a million pictures. And everywhere we looked… rainbows. 🌈🌈🌈
.
There was so much joy and so much awe — and the feeling that something extraordinary was just beginning.
.
What a way to set the energy for the adventure ahead.
.
Wild Serenity had officially begun. ❤️
.
So much love for this beautiful group and the joy we created together.
.
And a special thank you to our wonderful guide, Panel, for leading us through the Falls and sharing the tradition of song with us along the way. ❤️
.
Return to Wonder.
