Last night I received the most incredible last minute side quest yet! Yesterday I received a call from Ars Poetica asking if I would want to vendor in Sacramento at The Dresden Dolls Show. I immediately said yes and made the drive (thankfully from Walnut Creek instead of Visalia!) The poetry written already made the trip well worth it; but exchanging stories with the staff and fans, hearing all these lived moments, and connecting with my new friend Brianna was what the soul truly needed. In Sacramento, there's still gold in these waters if you look hard enough. Thank you a dozen times over to Brianna, who accidentally but intentionally matched outfits with me! Thank you to Amanda, Brian, and the whole crew behind the Dresden Dolls for welcoming us to your show and building a community with the art you have created! And thank you as always to Ars Poetica for the opportunity to be within these spaces! #VisaliaHasPoets #TypewriterPoetry #ArsPoetica #DresdenDolls

🍁🇨🇦 Lodge of Liberation 2026 🇨🇦🍁 What a special timeline of healing to have enjoyed, experienced, protected, and participated in. I am profoundly blown away by the blessings that this medicine and this community provides. The prayer is growing and we are all part of it. I am grateful to our team, the participants, the land and all of the animals that showed up to support us. So many cat guardians hehe 😸❤️ To all of our Black Condors, thank you for continuing to trust us with your precious life. We are so grateful for the opportunity to have been invited to Canada to pray and gather our ancestors in ceremony to work alongside each other. I am personally honored and so blessed to receive the medicine that is you and offer the medicine that is me in sacred space. It is especially special for me to be able to share all of the medicine work I cultivated in Peru during my studies with my teachers to share in ceremony for the first time. Here’s to more healing! 🍶🌿

~~~~❤️ Beloved Community ❤️~~~~ •4th Annual Roots of Renewal• Grateful to be part of such important work. Grateful to learn, in sacred reciprocity and with integrity. Grateful to be in community with wisdom keepers. Grateful to grow in my own medicine and have the opportunity to share it more deeply this year. So much heartfelt appreciation for our facilitators, the support team, and our participants. Giving thanks to Mestre Irineu, the Daime, and Temple of the Rising Sun. Thank you Adorable and Luna, beautiful reflections of sisterhood, for inspiring me as a medicine woman. Thank you Gabriel for continuing to be a pillar in ceremony and champion of Black people. Thank you Ant and Irmão Tonai for your support and service this weekend. I love how we stand together as a unit, put our heads down, and do the work. I am grateful to also have y’all’s friendship beyond ceremony. Life is truly richer with the medicine of this powerful community in my day to day life. With that said, there is always so much to reflect on after retreat. The main thing I would like to share is wow, look at how much we have all grown in these last 4 years since we started coming together. Thank you everyone for trusting me with such sacred work, which is your life. I am in awe. Thank you. May our medicine continue to be strong. 🍶🌿
Calling in a miracle! Hey folks. It’s been a bit since my last post. I have been navigating ER visits and doctor appointments with my mom. After an additional lung related diagnosis in February, she has finally agreed to let them biopsy the mass in her lung. My brother has been acclimating well to me taking over certain parts of his care and routines. This is a blessing as his Medicaid is giving a (very) small stipend for what I have already been doing. Learning to navigate being this close to the bone financially for the first time in decades on top of the emotional and mental bandwidth it takes to be present for my family is a lot. And I am handling it. Mostly. Or at least I felt like I was until my exhaust system decided to crap out on me this week. Sooooooo, in order to raise funds to repair my car, I am holding a raffle! The prize is your choice of a hoodie or a coat or the jumper shown in the photos. These items range in value from $100-$350. This is a fantastic opportunity for you to acquire your own piece of CosmicLove at a fraction of the price and help me get my car safely back on the road so I can continue to support my family in the ways I need to. Raffle tickets are priced 1 for $25 and 6 for $100 I will make separate posts showing the details of each piece. You can choose which one(s) you are buying tickets for by sending me a DM and sharing which piece(s) you’re interested in and your email address. I will send you the info for the payment platform of your choosing. I can receive funds via Venmo, CashApp, Zelle, or cash if you’re local. The drawing will be held on 3/17 at 5pm. Share this post with anyone you think might enjoy a piece of CosmicLove!
•| ⊱✿⊰ |• Roots of Renewal 2025 •| ⊱✿⊰ |• I am a sacred soul that walks with the people. We are rocked by the waves of creation and destruction. The spirit of the sacred vine is transmitted through song, prayer, silence and sensation and to receive the medicine is to be in dialogue. To be medicine is to be in dialogue and I am widening the scope of communication. I believe that part of being a guardian is to uphold the integrity of the space, of the medicine, of the prayers. This is about being in service to the prayer, the plants, and the people. Thank you Black Condor, for allowing me to answer the call to practice upholding these sacred forces for our community for the first time. I hope that everyone felt held, protected, taken care of, respected, and loved so you could focus on your work, your healing work, and I could focus on mine which was personal and collective healing through service. I am grateful to know that this is my life and I look forward to continuing to discover where this medicine takes me and what it wants to teach me and reveal to me. I am just beginning to see how this medicine is working through and as me. What a joy! What grief! What responsibility! What sacrifice! What strength! I embrace it all and become renewed in the process, strengthened and refortified to stand on my two feet to endure it all. Thank you to my fellow guardians for your support. It is truly an honor to be connected to you all in this way. It could only and ever be a team effort. Thank you Adorable, Gabrielle and Luna. I am ever so blessed to receive the wisdom and guidance of your collective experiences. Looking forward to continue learning in Peru later this fall. I am walking my walk step by step. Thank you to all who I walk with along the way. Ashé 🐉🌸
🙌🏾✨ A prayer answered! We at Black Condor Tribe are deeply grateful for the opportunity once again to pray alongside each other within the powerful and rich tradition of the Umbandaime! This past weekend we met for our 3rd annual Roots of Renewal and got to reconnect. 🌿 Reconnect with the land Reconnect with ourselves Reconnect with the medicine of community and the power of sacred teachings Giving thanks to creator for aligning all of the elements necessary to pray together in such a good way! 🙏🏾 Big gratitude to @cabocla.cigana and @gabrielknoedt for once again so generously pouring into the healing and liberation of Black lives and reminding us that we are so deserving of recieving these levels of healing. Reminding us that our Blackness is not only welcomed, but apart of the story of Umbandaime. And in creating Black spaces for this work, we are fulfilling an important request from our ancestors and spirit. Ashe' #BlackCondortribe
• From Sac to LA to Chicago to NYC and back, enjoying all of the lessons of life and death as I get closer to embarking on my 2nd dieta in Peru this fall. • The path of the dieter is filled with testing. This is one of the ways that the plants teach and heal. They find out your heart, strength, dedication and devotion, your integrity, motivation, focus, commitment, and sincerity. • Dietas are times of responsibility and commitment. It is a time for spiritual awakening and healing through isolation, restriction, and abstinence within the Shipibo-Konibo healing system. A time to meet the living spirit within master plants, creating respectful and devote bonds, imbuing the healing medicine of the plants within you and allowing it to grow. • When I come back from my spiritual retreats, it’s like I have been stripped down to be reborn and I must relearn my place in the world all over again. This process keeps me in alignment. In fact, I’ve learned that one of the most important parts of a dieta is after it ends and you return back into the nete of your world. How do you care for and nurture this relationship you’ve created? How do you navigate your heightened sensitivities and levels of awareness? How do you create clear paths of wisdom to flow from within and integrate that deeper into your body? How do you honor the commitments the plants have asked of you and you agreed to? How do you ponte your mind and your life? How do you stay close to the medicine? • I share my strength and wisdom sustainably with others. I share my healing and all of the love I have poured into myself discernibly with the world. In due time, I share the power of this sacred indigenous lineage with respect and humility, with honor, introspection, and integrity. I move at the pace of grace. I move at the pace of trust. • I am so grateful to see myself live within the Shipibo-Konibo cosmology, my new kaibo. My salvation is within my devotion. Thank you to everyone who supports me as I am now, who I am as I continue to evolve, and those who support my process of evolution, no matter if you exist in one group or multiple, bless! 🍶🌿
•••• The liminal area is where all breakthroughs occur. For maximum results, stay on the razor’s edge. Poet Jean de La Fontaine said, “A person often meets his destiny on the road he took to avoid it.” 🔪🩸
