“The world is so much larger than I thought. I thought we went along paths―but it seems there are no paths. The going itself is the path.” ~ C.S. Lewis ~
So grateful to this team. Dr Clark’s work touches & changes lives, and being a small part of that is the experience of a lifetime 🖤

As always, words can’t describe the atmosphere at the @wheelwod CrossFit Adaptive Games, but I’m willing to give it a go…
LOTS of thank you’s so I’m pretty sure I’m going to get played off the stage 🤣
➡️So much thanks to @codi_loran @marciak94 @cmevers @reachhomeosstasis - the elite level sports doctors, PTs, chiros, bodyworkers I worked with in Athlete Recovery- the teamwork we pulled off this week was nothing short of miraculous. Until you’ve helped run an event like this you have no idea how late the nights can be, how early the mornings start and how 300 athletes from all over the world wanting bodywork can seem daunting, but we CRUSHED IT. You are rock stars, I learned so much from all of you and I can’t wait to work with you all again!
➡️As always, @bulk_pony with @pliability_ provided the most dialed in recovery area possible with the space she was allotted and could not have been a better support to our team. There aren’t enough words that mean THANK YOU.
➡️ Thank you to @zenplanner for giving the athletes a way to book appointments with us ahead of time and keep us on time down to the minute! (Ok, I always went over my time but I’m working on it😬)
➡️ to my roommate/ride-or-die @sydwilli3 who led the ID division (double the athletes of last year!) -you were a life-saver AGAIN this year; you had me laughing and lifted me up through all of it. Working with you is a lifetime dream come true!
➡️to the many athletes and coaches I worked with! the energy you brought to the competition floor and then shared with us in the recovery area -THANK YOU! You’re the reason I do this work.
➡️to @dtschmitt3 - you were an unexpected and positive bump to my energy every single day. You know why and I can’t thank you enough
➡️@sololeglolo watching you THREE-PEAT was 🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥
➡️ to @kd4970 and @ogcrowlio - without your support back home I couldn’t do this work I love so much! Thank you beyond measure

Thanks again @wheelwod for another unforgettable event 💪💪💪

Surround yourself every day with people who force you to level up 💪🔥😤

One week until @tamala4208 checks in to the 2025 @adaptivecrossfitgames by @wheelwod 🤩
Fun little waterfall WOD :
7 rounds
150m row
10 sit ups
Sled drag
Don’t start your row until the teammate ahead of you moves their sled!

A huge shoutout to my friends @_rae.of.sunshyne_ and @swampden for helping load my bar for 25.3b, made my job a lot easier to focus solely on the lift. Which I PR’d.

Another big shoutout to my friend @tamala4208 for helping remind me what this is all about and being my biggest cheerleader on site (we know @shelbyhollowayy is my biggest cheerleader).

And of course, my friend, my coach, the guy who reminds me I can always be better, @joefrmny. Holding me to the standard no matter how much he wanted to give me reps that were close, but not good.

We keep moving after these semis. And boy, I’m not taking any prisoners. Got my groove back.
