This Wednesday, November 10th we open the doors. We’re two dudes that are lucky and honored to be doing this but bear with us as we get operations rolling and get our sites and platforms up to speed.

We are starting with dine-in dinner service only, 5 nights/week. No take-out or delivery, we will let you know when we add those components. We have decided as a staff that we will be requiring proof of vaccination for the time being. We look forward to adjusting that policy when we can, and we can't wait to expand those days/hours as we perfect our techniques and service.

Initially, we are going to have limited seating available on @resy so that we can ensure some space for our walk-ins, friends and neighbors. We will monitor and adjust as we figure out our comfort level.

Thank you to everyone that helped along the way. We have been blessed with your kindness and absolutely would not be here without you.

Lastly, thanks to all that attended our practice runs over the weekend. Seeing your smiling faces, enjoying the food and atmosphere reminded me why we do this.
