Our first of 13 deliveries to Gilbert Elementary schools to help them stock their classrooms and support students in need of a little assistance.

Jazmine from @playadelreyptso and @islands_elementaryaz both requested dry erase markers and that's what we gave them!

Would you like to make an impact on Gilbert students? Send us a DM! 💬

A huge thank you to Project C.U.R.E. for welcoming our Kiwanis Aktion Club Members to the Phoenix distribution center.

Our Members had an absolute blast sorting and packing medical supplies, knowing that every box helps deliver health and hope to communities around the world. It was inspiring to be part of an organization that's making such a tangible difference globally.

@projectcure , our Members enjoyed every moment & we can't wait to be back!

Congratulations to Dr. Shane McCord on his retirement and on being recognized with the Gilbert Chamber of Commerce President’s Award!🏆

Dr. McCord’s 31-year career in education has touched countless students, families, educators, and community members across Gilbert. From teacher to principal to superintendent of Gilbert Public Schools, his leadership has reflected what Kiwanis cares deeply about: helping young people learn, grow, lead, and believe in their future.

We especially celebrate his commitment to keeping students at the center of decision-making, including his support of the Superintendent’s Student Senate, where high school students had a voice in shaping their educational experience.

Thank you, Dr. McCord, for your decades of service to Gilbert students and families. Your impact will continue through the many lives you helped guide and inspire. 💙

Congratulations and best wishes in retirement!

A day full of games, laughter, service, and smiles. 💙
Kiwanis Southwest District Division 18 recently hosted our annual “Day of Play” at Sunshine Acres, bringing together Kiwanians, Key Club members, and community volunteers for one of our favorite service projects of the year.
Around 70 children and house parents enjoyed carnival games, bounce houses, face painting, hair chalk, basketball, corn hole, prizes, and a big hot dog barbecue.
This event has been a Division 18 tradition for 10 years, and we are so grateful to everyone who helped make the day special.
As Sunshine Acres shared, “The kids and staff look forward to our event every year.”
That’s what Kiwanis is all about — serving kids and creating joyful moments that matter. 💙
