For the parents ✨

Mom & Me Yoga at @sweatheorykc

Thursday October 8 10:30a
Thursday October 22 10:30a

"Join us for a 30-minute Mommy & Me yoga class designed to help parents stretch, breathe, and connect with your little ones by side. Join us Thursday, October 8 & October 22. Class is $15 per parent and kids are free. Bring a mat and your baby or children. Babies are welcome to lay with you on your mat while older kids can follow along or do their own thing. If your little one is walking and doesn’t stay still, that is completely fine!

We’ll enjoy stretching and breathwork to center and prepare us for a good day. After class, feel free to stay for an additional 30 minutes of playtime and community in our studio. No pressure or expectations—just movement, breathing, connection, and parents supporting parents. Class will be unheated."

Not to be dramatic… but you probably need a sauna session 👀🔥

Infrared saunas help with recovery, circulation + actually unwinding for a minute and a gorgeous glow.

And @sweatheorykc does it right ✨
Private sauna rooms + your own shower
10/10 recommend booking a sauna session this week. 😌
