✨MEET COACH SAM✨

She’s been with us since day one, but it’s time to give her the official PowerHouse welcome she deserves! 💪

Sam has been teaching cycle and strength for about three years and is ACE GFI and Les Mills certified. Originally from New Jersey, she’s now a senior at the University of South Carolina studying education.

Sam’s upbeat energy and motivating cues create an environment where you feel supported, challenged, and ready to crush your goals 🏋🏽‍♀️

You can catch Sam in both the spin and strength studios on Monday mornings and Thursday nights 💓 Book now!
