PERTH HYROX CLIENT SPOTLIGHT @genelisarow Gen completed her first Hyrox over the weekend, competing in mixed doubles with a time of 1:19:39! Our goal was 1:20-1:30 and she SMASHED IT 🥹 For those who don’t know much about Hyrox, because Gen did mixed doubles, it meant that she had to use the male weights. Safe to say it was a challenge but she made it look easy 🙂‍↕️ Her efforts over the last 12 weeks prepping for this race have been incredible. I’m one proud coach 🫶🏼
