Two class milestones “HIT.” From these two trouble makers. All jokes aside I can count on these two to bring the energy, welcome new teammates into the community and give 110% every time. I appreciate you both.

The secret is there is no secret. Just show up, do the work, and let time do the rest.

Shadow boxing is the #1 way to improve your technique. That’s why coaches & fighters will always lead with that as part of their practices.

It exposes old habits and can create better ones. It can ignite new ideas and elevate the experience for the doer and the viewer.

I personally find this drill interesting because it encourages punching and moving all at the same time then at the end of each sequence, you’ll set your feet and throw more aggressive punches in place. Enjoy!

What would you do differently if you were starting your fitness journey over? For me, it comes down to these 5 things. I struggle with sleep big time (4-5 hours daily) need to be better. DM if you have questions here to help.
