🌊 TRAIL SURF THE MARIN COAST AT POINT REYES!🏄‍♂️
🎂 Juan’s 22nd Birthday Run! 🎉

📍 Meet at Bear Valley Visitor Center, near the trailhead and bathrooms.

- 🏖️ Saturday is an HRC favorite! There’s nothing better than running to the beach: a little vert to keep you honest, enough downhill to keep you happy, and those Pacific Ocean views 🌅
- 🏃‍♀️ Point Reyes is close to Petaluma, so we get to run with some of our favorite Petaluma locals—including friends from the Petaluma Run Club who are willing to hit the trails!
- 🍻 Post-run, grab a cold beer or your drink of choice in the parking lot, or kick back on a comfy couch right there in the field. You earned it!
- 🤩 Skip can’t wait to get in some killer miles with everyone—come out and play!
- 🛍️ We’ll head to the Marshall Store afterward. And if you’ve been wondering whether Skip can actually surf… let’s find out! 🏄

Protect this man at all costs 👏 Check out @sweav11’s award-winning sculptures at the San Francisco @exploratorium! “Delphine” the dolphin is his latest work and she took more than 400 hours and thousands of toothpicks to create.

Thx Jared for the camerawork! 🤳

Nick and Rob want you to Win a pair of @hoka Clifton Pro’s! Rob could not stop after one run... Nick mentions, where’s the fun in that? Rob again ❤️ ‘s the all-new Clifton Pro that has arrived at HRC, and we’re celebrating another season of building something special with @mojave_hixon & HOKA.

This week only, win a chance to pick up free a pair Clifton Pros. To enter, run any local loop in Sonoma County.

Tag us on stories and we’ll hook someone up by end of day Sunday. More tags, more entires. Run It Again.
———————————————————
Nick and Rob ❤️ running in the Hoka Clifton Pro ($165) which is a max-cushioned daily trainer featuring ProGlide+ supercritical EVA foam and an aggressive MetaRocker. It is slightly heavier than the Clifton 11 but provides a bouncier, more propulsive ride. It’s ideal for those seeking plush comfort and mild stability for long, easy runs.

“We rambled over the plains and valleys, climbed the Sierras to the clouds, and looked down upon summer-clad California. And I will remark here, in passing, that all scenery in California requires distance to give it its highest charm.”

Today’s Relentless inspiration comes from Scott Weaver at the Exploratorium. For over 50 years, he’s been building an incredible toothpick sculpture of San Francisco — “Rolling Through the Bay.” Hundreds of thousands of toothpicks, one at a time. A true testament to patience and persistence. ✨
This masterpiece reminds us: relentless patience pays off in almost anything you’re working toward in life.
• Big dreams are built incrementally, small, consistent actions compound into something extraordinary.
• Patience turns obstacles into opportunity and keeps you in the game for the breakthrough.
• Your daily reps, habits, and steady effort? Those are your toothpicks. Stack them with vision and you create lasting impact.
Whatever you’re building right now, stay in it for the long game. The structure you’re creating is worth it.
Stay relentless. One purposeful step at a time. 💪
