POSTS STORIES REELS TAGGED

Hey yll apologies on my end for being radio silent after tour. Ive been dealing with alot of personal life stuff, as well as the overwhelming grief that this new life with out all our dear friend, lil Matt.
I have alot to share from tour with you! Thats coming. Im slow to making new music and have been struggling to create or find creativity in myself. Im grateful for when that changes.
Thank you to all the folks I saw on tour and who came to listen. As well as the incredible venues. Thank you to my friends who I got to play with. Thank you to new Orleans for holding my heart while it broke into a million pieces.
Ill keep the updates rolling and the back log of tour goodness as my stress levels start to even out.
Be kind to yourself and tell the people you love, that you love them.
Life is fragile.
The veil is thin and fate is watching.
Be safe & be well yll

Ps. Do not post the location of this photo if you recognize it. I will remove it. This is not a place to be blown up. And no i will not tell you where it is. This a very special place and no im sorry if you dont already know then you DO NOT need to know. Or someday someone will take you.
Yes I am gate keeping. Its the hobo thing to do. Do more to stop blowing up the spots yll. Its really ruining the game.

What a beautiful week playing lots of music and honoring the oogle king. Lil Matt’s music and spirit was such an inspiration to so many of us and that was really shown this weekend.
New Orleans, until next time. All my life baby!

“Sweet bean Selene is a haunted artist who brings you along a long and emotional ride with her blending of jazz, jug, country blues, and her orginals. You’ll love laughing, crying, and singing along.”

Performing a mix of hot tunes from the 20s/30s plus, “hauntingly, sadly sweet originals.”

🎤 @strayhound.mp3 (unauthentic americana duo)

A dynamic folk duo blending American, Balkan, and Klezmer traditions with original songs, featuring the rich sounds of fiddle and banjo.

Blending the American busker and vagabond traditions with the DIY ethic of their punk roots, the duo shares an unforgettable set of songs and stories that foster resounding and unforgettable connections at every show. From their own original music, to American Labor and Jazz tunes, to stunning Balkan arrangements and U.S.A & British Isles traditionals, STRAYHOUND promises an experience that delivers their audience to a time when music meant something as real and tangible as their own cherished worlds.
