The Centennial Morehouse MLK Class of 2048?!? 🤯

Did you know that if Micah decides to follow his dad’s footsteps in joining the greatest brotherhood known to man, he’ll be a member of THE Centennial Morehouse College #MLK Class of 2048?!? 😎

It’s as if God and the ancestors predestined it to be 😉. Happy Homecoming, SpelHouse fam! Nice try, Bulldogs (she’s your queen, but he’s OUR prince…you see he cried when we put the merch you sent beside him, lol) 😅. #MorehouseMan #AAMU #HBCULove #MaroonAndWhiteRoyalty

Welcome home, baby boy. 🥹 #PearsonPartyOf3

What a journey! 😮‍💨 From the moment Jessica’s water broke 7-weeks early, to the day we checked out of NICU more than a month later, to last week’s post-NICU appointment affirming Micah’s miraculous growth and progress — my heart is full of gratitude. 🙌🏾

Thank you, Lord. And thank you to our village — each and every one of you. 🙏🏾

From “I do” to year 6, and now “we’re due” with a baby boy next month. The God who made man on the 6th day is still writing our story, one miracle at a time. 🙌🏾💙

Happy 6th Wedding Anniversary to us! 💍 And the sincerest thanks to our village for the overflowing #BabyShower love! 👶🏾

Florence High School Graduation 2026- Part 2 (Final High School Post)

I decided to get a little creative with this post, since this is indeed my final High School post. I wanted to take the remaining pictures that I had, with some extra ones sprinkled in there at the last minute, and make this post as good as possible for the occasion.

I did want to take this post to thank everyone who has supported me for the last 14 years of schooling, I could not be here and could not have accomplished anything that I did without the support of my family, friends, and various teachers and faculty members over the years. And once again, a special thank you to Florence High School (@florencecityschools) for the best 4 High School years a kid could ever ask for. A new chapter of my life will begin in about three short months at the University of North Alabama (@north_alabama), and I am very excited to see what college has to offer. Roar Lions! 🦁

With all that being said, that is that, I hope everyone has an amazing Summer Break! Stay safe, stay cool, stay relaxed, and for one last time, as always and forever, Go Falcons! 👍🏻🦅

For those who asked or wondered how our moms (and dads 😅) responded to the news that we’re finally making them grandparents, here’s some #MothersDay joy for your timelines…

We told Renaldo’s mom that we needed her and dad to sign his updated life insurance policy 😉. When she saw that it was not a pen ✍🏽 she was using, his dad was concerned she was going to knock down the chandelier 😅.

We told Jessica’s mom, dad, and grandmother on the count of 3 during the Thanksgiving family photo 😅.

Suffice it to say that many tears and even more laughter ensued…

Are you more salty chips or fruity pebbles?
We asked our NEWS4 moms and moms-to-be (Jummy, Lauryn & Jessica) about their pregnancy cravings - and their answers did NOT disappoint 😂!

Be honest… and let us know which foods you CRAVED when you were pregnant? 🧀🍟🥓🍪🧁🫒🍩
