Where it started on April 29 versus where we are today on July 12. On April 29, I was 187 pounds and probably at the lowest point in my life other than my miscarriage. I had been in a really dark place in life and really just gave up. I didn’t care. But when I started looking at how much my health had to do with conceiving,I told myself somethings gotta change. I decided to do just that. After dieting and exercising. On July 12, today, I am now down to 175 pounds and feel a tremendous difference altogether. I’m not perfect, and I still make mistakes in eating, but I can’t help but stop to look at where I was to where I’m at now! So those of you that have been following along on my journey of dealing with infertility I have made a choice to try to be my most healthy self that I can be in hopes of this positively impacting my journey in helping bring us our miracle. I want to say thank you to Alyssa for helping me get started, being there for me and being a positive support system, and also blessing me with the information that she has. I also want to thank God that I am physically able to be able to embark on this journey of fitness and changes. I want to thank God for never leaving me even one times feel dark, I believe that he is leading me down this path and we will soon be able to see the light at the end of the tunnel! PROUD OF MYSELF! What a journey these 3 years have been in TTC! I have given up on myself multiple times. The enemy has tried to make me believe it will never happen! But I KNOW, we serve a GOD that is gracious, giving, and most an all a HEALER. We cannot just sit back and expect him to do it all, we must put forth effort as well! So one of the first steps I have taken upon to HELP MYSELF has been to start dieting and exercising and improving my health! Where there is a WILL there is a WAY!
