This workout is all about explosive power under fatigue. The deadlift and squat clean demand strength and precision, while the wall balls and double unders challenge your ability to recover and keep moving. The goal is to finish each round fast enough to earn recovery, then attack the next set with the same intensity.

Let’s call it a “Soft Launch” 😅

17 Diablo Coaches and Members were part of the few who got to check out the venue for 2026 @crossfitgames at @sapcenter

Participants received swag bags from @airnationalguardrecruiting and participated in a workout led by @crossfit seminar staff and coached by Games Athlete @jhopper3 @spraguerrrr @justinmedeiros34 @dallinpepper

Day ended with a tour of the venue by @thedavecastro and a @crossfitaffiliateswestcoast gathering/discussion
