It’s out!! “Before You Press Play” debut EP by @tannergrigoli is all yours.

Two years ago @songsbytyler and I met Tanner, did our first session, fell in love with him and his music, and from that moment on we poured everything we had into making this debut EP. Proud would be a huge understatement and this is just the beginning.

produced and wrote on Figure You Out, If You Knew, Love You Right, Summer in Jersey, and Erasing.

Thank you to all of the incredible collaborators… @atlanticrecords @assemblesound @garretkoehler @corduroyslim @pedrocalloni @yianniap @kimberlygrigoli @magicdeatheye

The boys are back with another summer banger! We made a song dedicated to Belle Isle and all the great things we love about it. Hopefully this song convinces the people in the higher ups to protect it and its true essence. Thank you @belleisleconservancy @lafayetteamerican @jwett and @assemblesound for having us a part of this project. “MEET ME AT 99 PLEASURE DRIVE” OUT NOW! 🔥

Produced by the great @syblyng 🔥🔥🔥

Happy 11th Birthday to Assemble Sound. Crazy, tbh. Here’s 11 years in studio pics that expose us for what we are; just a bunch of people trying to figure it out. Sometimes we’re astounded by the insane naivety it’s taken to get to 11 years. Sometimes we’re exhausted by the never-ending work it’s taken to get to 11 years. Sometimes we’re perplexed by just how miraculous it was to build this whole thing off $15k and a credit card. Sometimes we’re really proud. Sometimes we’re devastatingly humbled. Most times though, we’re just fucking stoked that we still get to wake up everyday and do this work. Do this work from our favorite city in the world. Do this work with people and artists and clients we love. At all times, we are endlessly grateful. The push to 12 starts today!

“Imagine an old educational Rhodes classroom keyboard combined with the Death Star command center from Star Wars. That’s what I want for Studio A.”

This was hard to imagine for everyone who wasn’t our Head of Music @syblyng, but it’s the vision that guided the transformation of the 1980s trident T24 console that once lived in a CBS Studios building in Ohio. Here’s a glimpse into the transformation process.
