2021 recap..
.
.
.
Here’s to 2021, although contrary to my belief it was a pretty amazing year, I got multiple surgeries and procedures I hope to forget, my older sister graduated, I found my dream college, I went to prom with my best friend, and I experienced some of the treasures of being an athlete.

Congratulations!

Congratulations to Sydney DeLapp of Oswego City School District for earning the Marine-option NROTC scholarship!

Every year a select few High School seniors across the country are awarded the Naval Reserve Officer Training Corps (NROTC) Marine-Option Scholarship. These students are chosen for this program based on their academic aptitude, physical fitness, and leadership potential. The purpose of the NROTC Marine-Option Scholarship is to educate and train highly qualified young men
and women for service as officers in the United States Marine Corps. This scholarship provides full tuition, a monthly living stipend, semester book allowance, and paid active-duty summer training programs at universities all over the United States. Upon completion of Marine Corps Officer Candidate School and graduation from their university, NROTC program participants
commission as Second Lieutenants to begin a rewarding career as a Marine Officer.

If you would like to learn more about the Marine-Option NROTC Scholarship, or to apply, visit https://netc.navy.mil/nrotc.

If you like to speak with a Marine about this scholarship, or about all the opportunities available in the US Marine Corps, please visit www.marines.com/rsalbfb. 🦅🌎⚓️

Before you say the Marine Corps is not for you ..

I encourage you to come to a PT event and see what the Marines are actually about!!!

Don’t take hearsay and what others have told you! I promise you they haven’t told you why they are really talking trash (usually something happened to them because they got in trouble).

The Corps has evolved ladies and gentleman, it’s 2021 ⤵️

Come get a good workout in and learn some history that has forged Marines into Americas finest fighting force!!
