Meet Sydney Mae!!! Sydney is originally from Fort Hood, raised in Wimberley, Austin & parts of her life in Washington State on an island. She has been in Austin pretty much her whole life though. Sydney is about to be 31, a CPT coach who loves learning about her clients and their life styles. She was in powerlifting for 6 years, only completed once though due to being “too worried.” She quit powerlifting about 2 1/2 years ago & then the gym completely. Sydney went from 135 to 165 and was completely unhappy with my body. Sydney got back into the gym, got a job as a PT & now is in prep for her first bodybuilding show for bikini. Sydney is now down to 127 & loving everything about fitness.

She is an older sister of 4 kids, an aunty and wants to show them that being healthy is the key in life. Sydney is devoted to her sessions, my friends, my relationship, parent & God. She is looking to coach at a powerlifting gym at night or online. Currently an in-person coach but wants to branch more into a hobby she genuinely enjoys. She also loves to cook & try new coffee shops!!! 🙌

I can finally say I’ve found my people🥹
Over the past couple of years creating online, I have made so many beautiful friendships that I am so thankful for— Running and fitness have brought so many amazing people into my life and I truly don’t know what I would do without MY GIRLS🩷
