The view at the open house event for Healing Hearts Sanctuary in Forest Falls, CA.
..
Mother Nature at its finest! Lots of hiking trails, green forests, mountains, massive boulders, blue skies with nourishing sunshine, and perfect temps at 85°F.
..
The Healing Hearts Sanctuary is an unique piece of land and a healing hut to go to for clarity of the mind, serenity, to connect with Mother Earth, and to work with Cindy Hamilton, the owner/founder/healer. Cindy specializes in Reiki and Akashic readings. Contact her here : readingswithcindy2@gmail.com.
..
The tree that is shown sits next to the wash in Forest Falls and it grew around the boulders. It's pretty amazing, not to mention a beautiful, serene place to meditate and sit and play instruments.
..
It was an amazing afternoon spent connecting with like minded people, enjoying conversations, hugs, listening to Symara Stone play various instruments, meditating with Rachel Collier Hammond, and meeting the talented Cindy Hamilton, who made this all possible. A huge thank you to @waychilllife for inviting us.

The last pic is of me next to two horses that i saw while we visited Big Bear village.

HABITS FOR HAPPINESS//
YOU ARE WHAT YOU MAKE ❤️
Happiness is an inside job, meaning you’ve got to:
1. Put in the WORK!
Disconnect from the negative (thoughts, people, bad habits)
2. CREATE and adhere to new habits: spending time in silence, contemplation, and alone. If you need to be busy or constantly with someone, you’ve got work to do.
3. ACCOUNTABILITY buddies:
Call//text//email your goals and enroll others to help you! @habits4happiness
Who’s ready for the next retreat!? And who is YOUR accountability buddy friends?
