Meet Tonye! Tonye is the founder of SYNCD Pilates, a community-driven Pilates brand known for events that bring movement and connection to unique spaces across Houston. After discovering pilates in 2019 and earning her mat certification the following year, Tonye began teaching with a mission of increasing diversity in Houston Pilates. Her approach blends classical precision with modern flow, creating an inclusive space where every body feels seen, supported, and challenged. Whether leading a group class or a private session, she focuses on cultivating awareness, alignment, and that unmistakable feeling of being in sync — both in and out of the studio.
