FILL THE EMPTY SPACES In this class @systemasingapore we worked on movement and takedowns working on lessons from camp with @systemavasiliev where we felt the softness that should come from the work against us. When presented with greater threat we have to become even softer in order to properly apply movements to our partner! —- Join us and experience the complete approach of the Russian System to health, stress management and combatives. Our dedicated instructor team and warm community will make sure that you get the best learning and training experience in and out the gym!

Part. 2 : 🌍 Two Systema enthusiasts. Two continents. One shared exploration. 🇨🇭 Yannick, from Switzerland. 🇸🇬 Nishiwaki, from Singapore. Brought together at @systemavasiliev Systema Camp 2026 in Canada, they simply take a few minutes to explore movement, angles, structure, distance, relaxation, and their partner’s reactions. This is not a fight. Not a competition. Not a demonstration meant to prove anything. Simply two practitioners studying, testing, feeling, and trying to understand. A few seconds of video can never show the full depth of this work. 👉 Want to truly discover and understand Systema? Join one of @systemavasiliev upcoming seminars and experience it for yourself. Systema cannot be understood simply by watching. It must be practiced, felt, and explored. #Systema #VladimirVasiliev #SystemaCamp2026 #martialarts

Here’s our Sunday Best line up for our September pop up at the studio. I am not sure if we’ll have another one (before our lease is up in December) so let’s make this count! Come on over and check out the new and the familiar. We are more than happy to open our studio doors to promote small businesses and small batch artisans. We’ll love to hear your feedback as well otherwise it feels like being in an echo chamber with the voices in my head telling me what I think you like. Better you tell me/us! 😅 I didn’t know if we’d make it this far - the 6th edition. It’s kinda tough, honestly because I didn’t wanna pin down a specific target audience. Instead it has been more of an exploration of the hows and whys of consumer spending and marketing. And looking at possibilities. And wanting to have an excuse for folks to drop by our studio to chill and yak and yes, buy something that we make or sell, get to know us and vice-versa and who knows what collaborative acts may occur in our joined future. You get the point. I’m just rambling. But really, please come. A lot of effort has gone in the last five pop ups and I have been reminded to be faithful with the small things and not to despise small beginnings. We can only try.

RELAX INTO THE FLOW In this class we worked on keeping our limbs and torso light to feel and flow with our partner's incoming movements. Keeping contact light as to not interrupt their flow, we explore how incremental adjustments on the move can lead to smoother, gentler takedowns. —— Join us @systemasingapore and experience the Russian System's holistic approach to health and combatives.
