Okay but can we talk about last weekend?! Series 3/4 was loud, full of energy, and packed wall to wall!

phase 1 starts monday, 1/5 💪

New phase. Fresh focus.
Phase 1 is all about building a strong foundation - strength, form, and consistency we can stack on all year long. 🧱

Think:
• controlled lifts
• intentional movement
• getting really good at the basics

If you’re coming off the holidays, this is the perfect phase to ease back in without feeling overwhelmed.

If you’ve been consistent? You’re about to feel that work pay off. 💪

Curious about training with us or starting the year strong? Shoot us a DM or grab the trial link in our bio - we’ve got you covered 🤍
