The reality of entrepreneurship isn’t pretty. In the UK, only 40% of businesses make it past three years. Not because founders lack ambition but because too many are building without the right support.

When I transitioned from corporate into the beauty industry, I quickly realised how much founders are expected to “just know” finances, tax strategy, funding, insurance, even personal pay.

There was no single place pulling it all together.
So I created one. The 40/60 Club exists to close the gaps that quietly cause businesses to fail.
