This very tasty 100% cacao bar was discovered at this year's chocolate event 🤩👍🏽 ✨My tasting: Highly aromatic, with all characteristics of craft chocolate scent and a fruity, acidic aroma profile. Velvet-textured with a medium melting speed. Notes of cherry acidity, floral tones, and hints of nuttiness, finishing with a spicy aftertaste without astringency.
