Listen... here’s the deal…

About 7 years ago I started working with a life coach because I wanted balance. (Shoutout Coach T! @teresa_coltrin)

Somewhere in that work I realized what I was really after, was alignment and harmony.

Then life kept growing. More babies. More team members. Even chickens. New circles of incredible friends and a bigger business. And yes, there was a point of ABSOLUTE burnout. There’s been many breaking points.

Because here’s the deal: I LOVE LIVING MY LIFE BIG. I love trying everything. I love learning new things. I get so obsessed that even @tabtobias and @lacy.caudel framed a print that says “F*** it, I’m doing it anyways.”

I’ve always led with faith, not fear. The goal is to learn while we’re here, and that’s the mission I’m on y’all.

And right now? I’m in my season of ABSOLUTE gratitude.

For everything I’ve chased, hustled, built, burned to the ground, broken, re-structured, and been blessed with. All of it brought me RIGHT HERE. ✨ thanks for following along.

That’s a wrap, witches! 🎃🧙‍♀️✨

And what a BOO-tiful haul it was!! Thanks to an outpouring of generosity from our friends, neighbors, clients & community, we collected a downright SPOOKTACULAR bounty of costumes for Denver kiddos!

From dinosaurs and princesses to pirates and everything in between, these costumes are off to make some candy-collecting, imagination-sparking, childhood memories. 🦖👻🍬

A HUGE thank you to everyone who donated, to @aceeatserve for helping us host this little operation, and especially to @tgpdenver for doing the most important part of all: getting these costumes into the hands of the kids who will bring them to life! 🧡

And a drumroll from the crypt, please… 🥁💀 CONGRATULATIONS to @howellandheal , our lucky winner of a $100 gift card to @aceeatserve !!

From all of us at @the.monarch.group , WE LOVE YOU BOO-TIFUL HUMANS! 👻🧡

So you saw a home this weekend that you LOVED!… what’s next? In our opinion, it’s time for a little more research, because at the end of the day- a home can feel totally different depending on the hour:

🌅 7 AM: How’s the morning commute and traffic? Is there street noise, or is it peaceful?

🚸 3 PM: School pickup, kids outside, and parking. Is it quiet or busy?

🌙 9 PM: How does it feel at night? Think lighting, noise, and neighbors.

A showing tells you about the house. A drive-by tells you about the life you’d be living there. 🚗

Thinking about making an offer? Let’s talk through what to look for. 📲
