day @taconicstudios helping reset the room after a week of long sessions. Thankful for the opportunities to work, learn, and grow in great rooms with great people. Anyone wanna make a record here? …
… PS this console in all I think about these days. If I’m ever zoned out, I’m probably thinking about a 2448, or some other API console.

I’m currently cat-sitting for some friends that happen to have a very sick studio—complete with a 100 watt Marshall and an old ass Gretsch. You already know I had to Marty McFly that shit and hit some Australian dwarf rock riffs. God damn, modelers have taken so much from us. Could use a little Deoxit in that volume pot, though.

The second track off of Rahill’s Bahar is a beautiful cover of the legendary Iranian psych rock artist Kourosh Yaghmaei and his iconic track Del Dareh Pir Misheh. This is the first 45 release off our new FISK Recordings imprint, shown here is the back cover.

Pre-orders for the Rahill ‘Bahar’ record are available tomorrow, March 20, at 10am. Please note, vinyl will not ship until May but all purchases come with a digital download of the EP with both tracks.
