⚡ We’re looking for our next legend. ⚡

Before advertising anywhere else, we wanted to come to the people who have supported Zeus Electrical & Air from day one.

Our customers, friends, family, suppliers, and fellow tradies have helped us build this business, and we reckon the best people usually come through great recommendations.

If you know a quality electrician who’s looking for a fresh start with a team that genuinely cares, has a great culture, and offers real opportunities to grow, we’d love to hear from them.

👇 Tag them in the comments, share this post, or ask them to send us a message.

Thanks for helping us find the next member of the Zeus family. 💛⚡

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐Tko Boxing Academy at Warana changed my life for the better .

At nearly 50 years of age, I had never stepped foot inside a gym before. Walking into Tko Boxing Academy I felt incredibly intimidating; I was genuinely terrified of entering what I assumed would be a highly competitive, male-dominated environment where people only focused on themselves. At the time, I was going through a difficult divorce and realised I needed to finally do something for myself—and for once, follow a lifelong passion I had in my heart for boxing.
That is when I was introduced to Hemi and Keena, the owners of TKO Boxing Academy in Warana.
From my very first session, every single one of my fears evaporated. I was welcomed and supported not just by the coaches, but by the entire membership community. The atmosphere at TKO is grounded in immense respect, impeccable structure, and genuine discipline, yet it feels entirely like a family. From day one, I knew I was not in this alone.
The positive impact this academy has had on my life in just three months is profound. Under their guidance, I have stopped smoking, made significantly better nutritional choices, lost excess weight, and built noticeable muscle tone.
Thank you, TKO Boxing Academy—especially Hemi, Keena, and the incredible members. Your culture of support and empowerment has been life changing in helping me become the strong, independent woman I am today. If it was not for you all at Tko Boxing Academy who knows where I would be today as I had hit rock bottom and you have all built me up to where I need to be in my life . From my heart words are not enough to express how grateful I am to each and everyone of you . If you are looking for a trusted, elite environment to transform your life and fitness, I cannot recommend this academy highly enough.

🧠 The Science Behind the Sweat: Why Today’s Session Mattered 🥊

An absolute massive shoutout to every single member who showed up and left it all on the floor this afternoon! Looking at the crew this afternoon, the energy and dedication are undeniable.

But intense sessions like this afternoon’s are not just about working up a sweat—they are highly educational blocks of training that fundamentally change your body and mind. Here is a breakdown of what you actually achieved today:

Elevated Anaerobic Threshold: Pushing through high-intensity rounds forces your body to adapt to operating with limited oxygen. Over time, this raises your threshold, meaning you can fight harder, punch faster, and recover quicker between rounds.

Neuromuscular Conditioning: Under fatigue, your brain has to work harder to keep your technique sharp. By maintaining your form today when you were tired, you built deeper muscle memory and sharper cognitive reaction times.

The “EPOC” Effect (Excess Post-Exercise Oxygen Consumption): Because you pushed your limits this afternoon, your body will continue to burn calories at an elevated rate for hours after the session ended just to repair and recover.

Mental Fortitude: Boxing is as much a mental game as it is physical. Pushing through the “wall” during an intense session structurally strengthens your psychological resilience, teaching you how to stay calm under pressure.

Huge congratulations to the entire team . Growth happens right at the edge of your comfort zone, and every one of you stepped over that line today.

Rest up, rehydrate, refuel with proper nutrition, and let’s get ready to do it all again.
Drop a 💪 in the comments if you’re feeling the post-workout buzz!

A few days on the Gold Coast with the @tacticaltradie crew for an intensive focused on self-development and business growth.

We had internationally renowned guest speakers sharing their knowledge and experience, and every session delivered something valuable. But honestly, one of the biggest takeaways for many of us came from the time spent with the other 55 members who made the effort to be there — even when it meant time away from family and business commitments.

The 5:30am run group rolled straight into the 6am walk-and-talks, and from there the days were jam packed right through until dinner. By the end of it, everyone had built genuine relationships and found ways to apply what we learned directly into the day-to-day running of our businesses.

A perfect reset around the midway point of the year.

A lot of people ask me about coaching, and there will always be people who turn their nose up at it. But we get coaches when we play sport, teachers when we learn music, and trainers when we want to improve in the gym — so when it comes to business, why wouldn’t you get guidance? Especially when your business is what feeds your family.

Massive thank you to Tom and the The Tactical Tradie team. Appreciate everything you do for our business and for all the great people involved. 👏

A huge shout-out to the incredible @tacticaltradie / Tom & the team! We had the privilege of joining 58 driven men to support them on their journey to expand their businesses with greater success, abundance, and reach. With the powerful medicine of breathwork, we shared tools to return to balance, reset, and unlock deep insights, a space to clear old limiting beliefs & baggage that once held them back. I also want to give a special mention to @Empowered Adventures/ Michael Ormston for holding space with me as we shared stories of our past—our struggles with addiction, the challenges we overcame, and the successes we’ve built in our own businesses.

Goals create direction. Whether it’s in business, on the tools, or in life — having something to work toward makes all the difference.

Looking forward to the Gold Coast incentive with the crew from Tactical Tradie crew this May. Set the goal, do the work, enjoy the reward. 👊

I am super passionate about people helping other people. Whether it be through networking through something is simple has been able to ask questions and gain perspective on different areas of business in life. We have had some guys who haven’t missed a single week over the four Wednesday mornings and some drive over an hour and a half just to come for a half hour walk and a coffee. I’m so appreciative of the support that I get for starting this a month ago and we definitely won’t be stopping. Hope to see even more people jumping on board next week and the weeks and months to come. Come along and take from it whatever you like. If nothing else, you get some steps in and start being around a passionate and driven bunch of people doing their best for themselves and their families

Quick question for business owners 👇

Are you getting coaching in your business?
And more importantly — does your coach actually recognise the value in you as a client?

Not just what you pay… but what you bring.
Your effort. Your standards. Your execution.

If the answer’s no, that’s worth sitting with.

Because the right coach doesn’t just teach — they see you, back you, and treat the relationship as a two-way street.

This is the value I’ve personally found at @tacticaltradie .
Real support. Real respect. Real momentum.

If you’re putting in the work and not getting that same energy back, it might be time for a new coach.

Just a thought.

Have the best day ⚡

One of my non-negotiable daily disciplines: journaling.

Every day I check in with myself.
How I’m feeling.
Where my head’s at.
What’s working.
What’s not.

It’s how I keep myself honest and accountable to the goals I’ve set — personally and in business. If it’s not written down, it’s easy to drift. And drifting is expensive.

Since committing to this habit (and the structure and mindset that comes with @tacticaltradie ), the development in our business has been next level. Clearer decisions. Better discipline. Less noise, more direction.

This little book?
It keeps me grounded and moving forward — even on the hard days.

Who else journals to keep themselves accountable? 👇

“A goal is just a dream unless you write it down and have a plan.”

2025 was an incredible year. I’m going to make a sit down video in the coming days to express my gratitude to everyone who has been a part of the business and who has helped us achieve some amazing things just 3 years of business.

Here’s a quick snapshot of the year. I would need a 30min + video to even begin to show you everything that went on
