For the first time starting this season, welcome Dr. KJ Estudillo of Kinetic Journey to The Training Cohort!

As the cohort works on building clarity in movement this season, what better way to explore that from a doctor and dance professional who understands movement at a bio-mechanical level? On Day 2, we’ll get to explore how we prepare our bodies for movement through exercises, reflection, and individualized feedback.

✨ Open Floor 2026 - Happy 9th anni OOS! ✨

There’s so much I could say about how special this year was. First and foremost, thank you to @ononestudios, Kevin @breisboy & Do donitatrip for building this community. I quite literally wouldn’t be the dancer and choreographer I am today without the studio, mentors, teammates, and opportunities that OOS has provided me with over the last 8ish years. And especially in the last year with getting to kick off OOS’ first ever weekly heels class and first ever heels performance workshop 👠

Thank you for allowing me to teach not one, but two heels performance workshops this year. I am so grateful to be a part of a space that fosters my creativity and growth, no matter how ambitious it may seem lol. To my students, thank you for trusting me and growing alongside me!

I love y’all 💜

Might’ve snuck into multiple rehearsals over the last few weeks for a sneak peek of the performances, everyone was so good 🎉

Was originally supposed to perform with 3/4 of these sets prior to getting injured… oops!

I loved getting to cheer my pw students on from backstage (volume down for those videos lol).

Shoutout to my @sidepiecedance director @chloegerungan and finale choreographer/studio owner @breisboy for finding ways to still include me 3-4 days before the show. I feel so trusted and loved!
