Thosaigh an rud seo go léir nuair a thánaigh dream againn le chéile sa teach tábhairne chun daoine a spreagadh chun na Gaelainne a labhairt, pé leibhéal Gaelainne a bhí acu. Cialaíonn Ciorcal Comhrá Conversation Circle. Is áit é in ar féidir le daoine comhar le chéile agus foghlaim ón a gcéile. Is cuma sinn ag insint scéalta nó ag plé cúrsaí an tsaoil, tá rud éigin le tairiscint ag gach éinne. An deireadh seachtaine seo, tig leat triail a bhaint as do chaife a ordú as Gaelainn nó amhrán a fhoghlaim, nó díreach suí agus éisteacht. Tá fáilte roimh cách. ✨

This all started with us getting together at the pub to encourage chatting in Irish no matter the level.
Ciorcal comhrá translates to conversation circle. It’s a place where you can share and learn from each other. Whether it’s telling stories or talking about the issues we each bring something to the circle. This weekend you can try ordering your coffee in Irish or learning a song, you can even just sit in and listen. All are welcome ✨

It’s the hand-holding for me🥹😍

Had the absolute pleasure of bringing out another couple for a special occasion (🎂), but this time, I saw something which I have never seen any couple do before whilst snorkelling😅

When I turned around to check on them, I noticed they were holding hands while snorkelling🥹. Obviously, I had to capture this moment, and throughout our snorkel, I got to capture many more lovely memories for them.

I just found it so adorable, and with permission, I’m sharing some pictures from the snorkel🥰

Most of the time I don’t share pictures from private bookings, it’s up to people themselves if they want to share some of it😊
The world needs more love though so I hope this also cheers you up a little💙🌍

Couples who snorkel together stay together, right?😅😍🥹

Thanks for letting me bring ye out Tadgh & Erin and for sharing these moments with us!🙏🏼

Our first event will take place this Friday at 9pm in the Irish whip.

It will be a table quiz and a raffle to raise money and to put a start to our festival.

There will be six rounds covering a wide range of topics such as Sport, Music, the local area and general knowledge with your favourite gaeilgeoir Bobby on the mic.

BYOD* (Bring your own dictionaries). This is a bilingual quiz that will mix English and Gaeilge with questions appropriate for speakers of all levels. If you still need a little help feel free to ask one of our volunteers and they’ll help out where possible.

We have plenty of amazing prizes for our raffle that have been kindly donated to us by local businesses. Not to mention our incredible prizes for first, second and third place in the quiz itself!

Entry for the quiz will be €10 per person with all funds raised going directly into the festival, insuring that Feile Gaeilge Béal Átha ‘n Dá Chab will be a weekend to remember!

*dictionaries are not mandatory. The use of dictionaries may be limited to certain rounds.

Huge thank you to @dpmaccabaartist for the beautiful picture of the Whip ☘️💪
