O B R I G A D A

Difference between self esteem and confidence.

I Loved my chat with @tailoryourmind ❤️ we covered so much. Do follow her! She’s awesome!
Topics we covered

*How to work on yourself to be able to build your confidence

*Where to start!

*Understanding that we can be in control of our minds, and constantly remind our selves that we are special simply for having life flowing through us.

*How Society encourages us to compare ourselves to others, this is the most toxic thing we can do! So stop comparing your self to others and focus on figuring out what’s already special about you!

*It’s also ok to have fears, as we all do, but who said we can’t do the things that we fear anyway?

What are your fears 😦 and how have you over come some of them?
