My heart is exploding with love!!! ❤️ Last night was our first @takecinis_ event. Women showed up with honesty, vulnerability, excitement… opening up about their hormones, their cycles, and things they’d been struggling with, sometimes for years.

I wanted to create the kind of space I had craved during my own hormone struggles. Somewhere you could walk in without feeling like you needed to be “on.” No facades & pressures to impress anyone!! Just come as you are, drink some tea, and relax.

We had women in their 20s through their 50s and 60s. Different stages of life, with so much to share and learn from one another. Because women’s health doesn’t end with our periods. Our bodies keep changing, through perimenopause, menopause, and beyond. We deserve education and honest conversations through all of it.

I care about accurate information. About women understanding their bodies and knowing what questions to ask next. About having time for the conversations that too often get rushed or never happen at all….

Herbal tea became an extremely life changing part of my own journey. CINIS grew from that, but the vision has always included this: women sitting together, feeling comfortable enough to say what they’re going through.

To every woman who came last night, thank you for trusting me with your stories and being so kind to one another. You gave me the very thing I hoped to create. 🙏🏼

I’ll keep educating, advocating, and making room for these conversations. And if you’ve been craving a space like this too, there’s a place for you at the next one. 🤍

Ovulatory phase in NYC 💞 I drink a cycle-syncing tea every single day (@takecinis_ ) and since I’m in my ovulatory phase right now, it’s the perfect time to lean into that social, high-energy feeling- had the best time recording on @the1percent.show

comment VLOG for a link to the peel off face mask (only $15) and to get on the waitlist for my cycle syncing teas 🌿
