After 5 years online, millions of dollars in sales revenue and mentoring hundreds of women across multiple industries, I’ve learned this: Your success isn’t about your offer. It’s about how embodied you are in your belief in your work and your ability to sell it with clarity, conviction and integrity. That embodiment is what I’ve mastered. And it’s what’s led to multiple six-figure businesses and helping other women do the same. This is why the You Get To Have Both Method™ was born. Not another strategy. Not a revenue grab. But a response to what women actually need right NOW. ✨ You receive it FREE when you start your business with me in the next month (valued at $3397) And no – this isn’t just for new business owners or direct sales distributors. This is for you if: • You’ve done all the strategies but nothing is converting • You keep changing your approach and calling it consistency • You’re investing in ads but attracting misaligned leads Because here’s the truth: Consistency doesn’t sell anymore. Conviction and clarity do. Inside this 4-week mentorship we will: ✨ Launch (or relaunch 😉) your business without abandoning who you are ✨ Embody your authority and translate lived experience into clear messaging ✨ Turn browsers into buyers with embodied frameworks and unshakeable belief ✨ Master your feminine energy and release the fear of being seen You Get To Have Both ™ Mentorship is included when you start your business with me before Feb 16th or $1197AUD to be in the room and actually start making sales in 2026 from a top global distributor and multi-six figure business owner! Resonating? Good. Because You DO Get To Have Both 😉 Drop or DM BOTH and let’s get cracking 👑 R x @rosielockhart

Your health is the food you eat. It’s the water you drink. It’s how you look after your body. And how you talk to yourself. It’s how well you sleep. It’s the stress you avoid. How consciously you breathe. And how you look after your nervous system. Your health is the people you surround yourself with. And the conversations you’re having. Your health expands when you spend your time in environments you thrive in. Doing things that matter. With people who expand you. People who see you and hear you and accept you as you are. People who hold you when you need it. And seek your advice when they need it. Who are the people in your circle? 🫶🏼 Video from business retreat with my favourite humans Audio by the amazing @dr.mindypelz

While every other coach and NWM mentor is sharing their “results” in monetary terms, I want to share something different. Because you enter my spaces as one woman, and you exit as another. Many never fully “leave” because they’re stayers for lifers, continually receiving what they need to keep evolving, as women, leaders and business owners. When I draw back the curtain on the You Get To Have Both Method, you’ll see that deep healing of what you feel safe to receive is the foundation of exponential business growth. And yet, most women skip this step because they can’t see the quantified “benefit” or tangible “result.” That’s exactly why I felt called to share this post & these beautiful appreciations from The Embodied Woman Retreat last week after working online together 🥹 True transformation doesn’t look the same for everyone. It depends on your nervous system, your conditioning, and how deeply you’re willing to go. Most women who come to work with me, across both of my businesses, are navigating similar things: • Burnt out and bummed out by their work • Disconnected from their bodies • Unsatisfied in self pleasure or intimacy with their partner • Stuck, capped, and unfulfilled financially But once you stop looking for proof, you start receiving the medicine you actually need. So here’s a glimpse of what happens when women say yes to this work with me. Real women, real words, real shifts, real embodiment. I don’t offer cookie-cutter programs or one-size-fits-all support, because babe, you’re not a cookie. You’re a Queen, and you deserve to be treated like one 👑 ✨ Start your journey with me this week! The Embodiment Effect: my 4 week Mini-Immersion doors open tomorrow & our first call exploring embodiment practice and trying it on for size, kicks off Monday Nov 17. DM or Drop “EFFECT” below and I’ll send you the 🔗 to get in the room with me to unleash your magic 💫 R x @rosielockhart Special thank you to @reneepia_ @michellard1 @tiffanydendalfoster @lisa.hedges_ @_ainslee_scott @tamara_minato @leah_gaynor for these beautiful appreciations and allowing me to share your experience of us working together 🫶🏻

“It’s only my first day and I feel so fulfilled.” When you step into The Embodied Woman Retreat, your body is allowed to exhale. Everything is taken care of, so you are too, for the whole time you’re here. It’s a space where women come to slow down and reset, to integrate the work we’ve done together online in person before heading back into real life, where the real work begins. Three years ago, I held my first 5-Day Immersion, The Embodied Woman, in the Byron Shire, not far from my home now. Two years ago, The Embodied Woman Online Immersion was birthed. Today, my dear friend @tiffanydendalfoster, who attended both, held Embodied Brand Live (Retreat Edition). It was a full circle moment that reminded me just how powerful this work is when embodied from the inside out, when you create your brand from a place of grounded authenticity rather than performed artifice. From business to body to soul, this day was pure nourishment and so much fun. Home-cooked meals, deep connection, women in their full expression learning new practical skills so they can keep expanding in every way after they leave. And the most divine yin with my sister @_melissa_mai to wind down before bed. I’ll keep offering these spaces as long as women keep opening to receive them; where our embodiment becomes a co-creation 🫶🏻 R x @rosielockhart ✨ @tamara_minato @michellard1 @reneepia_ @_ainslee_scott @leah_gaynor @lisa.hedges_ @veerabedford ✨

Most women don’t get this: The space to stop. To breathe. To be nourished. To receive. That’s why I created The Embodied Woman, a space for you to come back to your centre. This retreat was divinely curated for women who give so much, mums, partners, business owners, to take some sacred time out and chill the f out. At TEW, they get to switch their “always on” to off and be gifted the space to rest, nourish and receive. A few days can honestly feel like weeks of restoration. No retreat is ever the same. I always feel into the energy of the group and what’s needed most. This year, the themes that came through were: ✨ Space ✨ Play ✨ Connection Together with some of my favourite practitioners, this year’s retreat feels so special; a living, breathing extension of The Embodied Woman Immersion (online). Curated & facilitated by @rosielockhart Embodied Brand: Retreat Edition w/ @tiffanydendalfoster Yoga & Embodiment w/ @_melissa_mai Massages w/ @imramawellnessco Accommodation @bunkerbyron Nourishing home-cooked meals by yours truly 😉 Follow along for daily recaps of the journey, captured by the content Queen @tiffanydendalfoster, and tell me what you’d love to see more of👇🏼 🤫 Psssssst! The Embodied Woman 2026 begins in February and ends with a retreat in May. If what you’re seeing speaks to your soul, you’ll want to be in TEW next year. What would you love to experience at the next one? R x @rosielockhart #tewretreat @tamara_minato @_ainslee_scott @michellard1 @lisa.hedges_ @reneepia_ @leah_gaynor @veerabedford

The part where "online" turns into real life. The in-person chats that refill your cup and remind you why you started. No topic was off limits today - life, motherhood, growth, wins, wobblies, comparison… All of it. And it was comforting and validating and real. Because behind every “online business” are real women building something that matters - together. Freedom's great. But connection? That's next level. @tamara_minato @_han.gardner @clairemoylan09 #notyourtypicalfarmwife #onlinetooffline #communityovercompetition #cupfilling

Life feels like a lot right now. I can feel it. You can feel it. Let’s not pretend otherwise. The real question is: Are you being supported in the ways you deeply need? Or are you ready to explore another way? In a world now more “connected” than ever, people – especially women – are feeling alone. We’re holding more than we ever have. We’re expected to be everything to everyone. We’re exhausted, sick, tired. Doing it all, holding it all, being it all. Ten days ago, I closed a retreat space I co-facilitated with five women that I mentor in business. We’ve each been working online together for two to five years. And in that time, I’ve seen the landscape change dramatically. From pivoting to online business out of financial necessity to staying in it out of pure desire. Because each woman found belonging, they found community; they found their people. Because, both online and off, they could be just as they are. Transcending spiritual and religious beliefs – we created an inclusive space to be present, to be held. Where all emotions are welcome, where all states of being are celebrated. Where we all get to journey through the messiness that is life, together. This is how it gets to be. You get to be held, you get to be celebrated, and you get to earn in a way that honours all that you are. Embodied. Feminine. Business. Our doors are open if you are ready to live, earn & create differently 📩 R x @rosielockhart @therealjadediaz @meagan_hughes_ @_melissa_mai @steph_and_alix

✨ Flashback Friday ✨ We’re throwing it back to our very first event of the year, Get Ready to Shine content day at the stunning Paris’s Place 💛 Incredible like-minded women came together for a day of connection and creativity. There was laughter, networking and plenty of new friendships formed. Professional photos were snapped across every corner of the property inside and out. Mini hair and makeup touch-ups kept everyone camera-ready. And yes, there was B-roll galore. We also dove into why B-roll matters. Because showing your authentic self online isn’t just about a headshot it’s about telling your story and showing your authentic self. It’s about letting people see the person behind the business. The vibe? Supportive. Fun. Inspiring. The result? A content bank and a confidence boost to carry into the year ahead. Now tell us… should we bring this one back? 👀👇 📸 @sophieobrienphotography
