I’m back to the basics type of girl, always have been.

Moving my body.
It’s been an intentional practise for years.
Most recently started Creating a home environment that is cleaner and healthier.
Being intentional about the everyday things that support my wellbeing.

Routines that aren’t complicated.
The understanding that the little things we do consistently become the way we live.

Just simple foundations, built consistently, for the life I want to keep living.

Because I have no intention of making my world smaller 🤍 I have intentions to always start at the foundations, it’s not glamorous but it matters.

Filtered or tap Water won’t remove chemicals and sprays from your produce.

11.5ph Strong Alkaline Water from my K8 does 🫶

My K8 machine uses an electrolysis chamber equipped with 8 platinum-dipped titanium plates to break apart water molecules, concentrating a high density of hydroxide ions (OH⁻) into the alkaline stream. This results in an incredibly strong alkaline fluid with a pH of roughly 11.5.

The boys bathroom is back to hot springs, onsen-style Japanese bathing 💦

The daily bathing has been elevated ✨

Because the water we bathe in deserves just as much thought as the water we drink. 🤍💧 and if we aren’t filtering it, our body becomes the filter.

And my POV 👉🏽 it will strain the process of our bodies amazing ability to heal itself from anything trying to fight with it.

Washing Fruit and Veg in filtered or tap water will not remove pesticides and chemicals.
You need an oil emulsifying agent.
If you don’t remove pesticides and chemicals they go straight in to your body 🥴

Have you ever considered pesticides or chemicals as a contributor to the health problem, skin condition, gut issue that is constantly niggling at you ?

I won’t lose sleep over what happens before getting to our home, but I will always choose proactive measures once I purchase fruit and veg.

My K8 produces water that is a natural emulsifier and degreaser. I do not drink this one.

It’s a thing, reading food labels AND it should be!
I do it.

But if you haven’t ditched the bottled water and started drinking Ionised Water 💦 you’re missing an important piece to your health story.

I remember last July I was told by a Mumma in my DMs that the Water I share and turned me in to full blown Water Snobbery was Overpriced and over saturated.

I guess she meant a lot of people are selling the Health devices 🤷🏻‍♀️

I was like….FANTASTIC 🙌🏻 they should be!
(people walk in to every shop in a mall looking at the same type clothing 🥴) also over saturated.

I know what I choose.

It is foundational fuelling with Water that crosses the blood brain barrier to hydrate your cells.
Not surface level, true hydration.

It’s a protector and I say Thank You everyday to the fact I do not have to drink from a plastic bottle.

I get to choose my food AND drink electrolysed reduced water 💦

One option is Growth.
One option is Lack + Scarcity.

I know the world feels uncertain right now.
I feel it too - personally and collectively.
I’m someone who feels other people’s angst deeply.
(I’m continually working on detaching from it).

The cost of living keeps rising. People are worried about the economy. And for many of us, the future doesn’t feel as financially secure as we thought it would by this stage of life.

I get it. I’m living it too.

But what if, in the middle of all this uncertainty, we stopped looking only at what we need to cut back on and started looking at what we could create.

One brick at a time.

What if we became more open to new ways of earning income?
More intentional about building wealth for our future?
More conscious about investing in our health, so we can actually enjoy the life we’re working so hard to create?

We can choose to educate ourselves, explore new opportunities, build new skills and take steps towards creating more options for ourselves.

That’s what I’m choosing to do.

Not because I have everything figured out.

But because I refuse to believe that my only option is to keep tightening my life around circumstances I can’t control.

That feeling fricken sux.

Allow the question to be
“What can I create from here?”
Rather than
“How do I cut back?”

2 very different options + energies.

When I first started building a business, I thought a lot about the income.

What another stream of money could mean for our family.
What it would feel like to not have all of my income tied to the hours I worked.

I wanted the outcome.

What I didn’t realise was how much the environment would change me.

Being in rooms with women who are building businesses, creating wealth, leading themselves differently and thinking way beyond what I had previously considered possible.

It changes you.

Not because someone tells you what to do.

But because you start to see what’s possible when you’re surrounded by people who are already thinking differently.

You have conversations about money that you probably weren’t having before.

You talk about business.
Leadership.
Identity.
Freedom.
What you actually want your life to look like.

And somewhere along the way, you start questioning the things you once thought were just the way life was.

The income ceiling.
The constant trading of time for money.
The idea that wanting more somehow meant you weren’t grateful for what you had.

That has been one of the biggest gifts of building this business for me.

The access.

The mentors.
The friendships.
The conversations.
The rooms.
The exposure to women who are further along than me.

And honestly, the version of me who walked into some of these rooms is not the same woman who walked out.

I’m not building this because I think my life needs fixing.

I’m building because I know there is more I want to experience, create and contribute.

And if you’re a woman who has a good life but still has that quiet feeling of 👇🏻

“I know there’s more for me.”

I want you to know that feeling is worth listening to.

Sometimes the next chapter doesn’t start with having it all figured out.

Sometimes it starts with getting yourself into a different room.

Arena with growth minded people.
Circle with your women in business.

Conversations in the stairwell about whether AI is to be feared and ignored so as we remain connected as humans or embraced.
➕
Conversations at dinner with the people next to us all around Health being Physical, Mental, Financial and Emotional. We all agreed - it is, one without any others isn’t sustainable.

Connection can be sitting in a small circle of women on retreat.
Talking about the things we don’t always say out loud.

Laughing.
Getting uncomfortable.
Being witnessed.
Being reminded of who we actually are underneath all the noise.

Completely different environments.

But both change me, challenge my views, increase the mental chatter, remind me what I probably should have implemented years ago!

I used to think transformation and growth was something I had to do to myself and not let anyone know I was doing any of that work.

There was a stigma there OR maybe that’s a story I told myself.

It hits me deeply being in both spaces. I’m proud of myself for choosing both.

Proximity is Power.
Stay close, and even closer if you know what’s got you here won’t get you there ✨

“It’s not what you know, It’s what you do with what you know.”

My fave part was being there together, with @passione.velo aka hubby.

There is a lot to integrate.

• human connection will always be first
• AI can build whatever I want
• effort needs a system or it’s just noise
• have a WHY + add Value

PROXIMITY is POWER.
I began to realise this 4 years ago when I said yes to my Enagic business ✨

Events like this are an extension.
A reminder of how Courage is needed and Action will create the vision that’s there when you close your eyes.
