"reSET + Collab has been transformative for me as an entrepreneur," says chef Damone Johnson (@chefdamonejohnson). After graduating from the 2024 Collab Food Business Accelerator for his catering business Island Infusions Catering (@islandinfusionscatering), Damone joined this year's Food Accelerator program to work on his food truck brand, Tamarind & Thyme (@tamarindthyme). In addition to bringing bold Jamaican flavors and global influences to both upscale events and street-side dining, Damone is also committed to ending food insecurity through his Pay It Forward program. Says Damone, "Our Pay It Forward program embodies our belief that everyone deserves a seat at the table, whether or not they can afford it. We’re also developing job training and youth workforce initiatives that help create pathways to stability and opportunity. It’s a core part of who we are and what we hope to continue building with the support of partners like reSET + Collab." At reSET + Collab, we're helping entrepreneurs like Damone think about their social impact as they build their businesses. When we invited a food creator with 149K followers to visit our chef client’s Caribbean-fusion food truck, it wasn’t random — it was strategic visibility. Their content already celebrated bold flavor, local culture, and community — the exact energy our client brought to the table. The result? ✨ 24.9K+ views ✨ 280+ interactions ✨ 200+ new followers — all from one collaboration, in only a couple of days. This is the difference between being seen and being strategically visible. When you choose alignment over aesthetics, your audience finds you — naturally. Whether you’re a titleholder, creator, advocate, or brand ready to start your visibility journey — DM us today! #CaseStudy #PRAgency #PR #PublicRelationsAgency

Connecticut foodies you need to add this to your list. I tried the Kingston chopped cheese and the Po’boy but the entire menu is a must try for real foodies. 📍Norwalk Connecticut
