Maybe you know that woman that is so sweet and gentle but is afraid to be sexy and rebellious.

Maybe you know that woman that is so tough and strong but is afraid to be vulnerable and loving.

Maybe YOU are one of those women.

Somewhere along the line we learned to praise certain traits within ourself while shaming the rest.

To be vulnerable is to be weak.
To be sexy is to be hated.
To be rebellious is to be strong.
To be nice is to be good.
To be bitchy is to be bad.

You wanna know which areas you have lost??? Look at how you judge other women. Look at which traits you label as good vs bad. Look at where you feel loved vs shamed.

Hate it or love it... its ALL within you!

By losing this access to the full spectrum we embody, we have unknowingly limited our freedom and full potential.

The more access we have to the full rainbow of feminine traits, and it is indeed a rainbow, is when we can see just how POWERFUL we really are.

We don't have to fit one mold. Can you ALLOW yourself to be it ALL? The light and the dark. Without judgement or shame.
.
When we allow ourselves to praise and love the fullness of what we are is when we give ourselves choice. Choice is always where the power lies. We can choose what trait will serve us in any given moment without any guilt or limitation.

That is when we are FREE. And with that Freedom we allow others to be Free. We are all so different yet we are all ONE!

WHICH PART OF YOU IS BEGGING TO BE UNCHAINED AND LET FREE?
